Casa Gabo - Your haven in Lozari

Welcome to Casa Gabo.

A quiet garden level without vis-à-vis, nestled in a small secure and quiet residence in Lozari. A place where you feel good as soon as you arrive.

The accommodations are fully air-conditioned and designed for 4 to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 140 double beds, one of which has access to the garden, and a bright living room with a sofa that can make 2 additional individual beds (2x90). Equipped kitchen, terrace with small private garden for your breakfasts, aperitifs and meals outside, and private parking space in the residence.


The real plus of the stay:
You will have access to the beautiful secure communal swimming pool, located a little higher, with a magnificent view of the sea and the Balagne. The residence also benefits from direct access to the sea.

And everything is at your fingertips:
The superb beach of Lozari is only 200m walk away, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal to enjoy with the family, without taking the car, between sea and mountains.

Here, you are in the heart of the Balagne, and far from nothing.

This is what makes Lozari strong. In a few minutes, you are in L'Île-Rousse and its market, 20 minutes from Calvi and its citadel. You can explore the most beautiful hilltop villages of Balagne such as Pigna, Sant'Antonino or Corbara, with their small tastings of wine, charcuterie and Corsican cheeses, get lost in the Agriates desert and its wild beaches, or take to the heights. Rivers and natural basins of the Ostriconi to cool off, mountain lakes, hiking trails between sea and mountains starting from the residence. Beach in the morning, village and tasting in the afternoon, mountains the next day... everything is possible without driving a lot.

A comfortable, cool and quiet accommodation for your holidays in Corsica, perfectly placed to really enjoy it.

Die Ferienwohnung war super ausgestattet. Die Lage für Ausflüge war ideal für uns. In der Nähe gibt es ein Supermarkt, eine Boulangerie und ein paar Restaurants.Alles in allem war es sehr sauber und die gesamte Anlage sehr ruhig. Einzig der Pool hätte näher seinen können.

Nous sommes relativement satisfait de notre sejour. La propreté n’était pas exceptionnelle. L’emplacement était finalement plus loin qu’annoncé de la mer. Et nous n’avons pas eu accès aux jeux de plage comme l’indique l’annonce. Néanmoins nous avons apprécié l’équipement du logement et la piscine.

Le logement était correct mais ne répondait pas à nos attentes. Nous étions persuadés qu'il y avait 2 salles d'eau et 2 wc comme dans les 2 logements précédents. L'annonce est trompeuse.Cependant, très bon accueil et l'endroit est très agréable.

Bonjour Ginette, nous sommes vraiment désolé que vous ayez pu être déçu , cependant l'annonce est pourtant très explicite et ne parle que d'un seul toilette et d'une seule salle de bain... Vous avez peut être confondu avec un autre bien mais je ne peux pas vous laisser dire que l'annonce est trompeuse alors que tout est bien claire et détaillé dans celle-ci

Grundsätzlich eine gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung an sich ist OK. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem minimalstandard. Sehr gut fand ich: - Spülmaschine mit ausreichend Tabs - Waschmaschine in der Wohnung (umständlich eingebaut) - Kinderspielzeug für Strand vorhanden + Sonnenschirm Abzug gab es für: - kein WiFi (da sehe ich als Standard) - Weder Meer noch Bergblick (geht so nicht aus dem inserat hervor) - Der Elektrogrill taugt nichts - Das man Bettwäsche selber mitbringt is OK, aber es gab keine Decken zum beziehen. Im Hochsommer OK, zu frischeren Jahreszeiten die ein oder ander Nacht wünschenswert. Der Pool ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen

Bonjour, Nous sommes heureux de voir que vous avez pu apprécier la proximité de la piscine, les jouets de plages, et l'electroménager. Pour ce qui est des couvertures et du gril, il est vraiment dommage que vous n'ayez pas contacté Miss Nikita nous aurions pu essayer d'arranger le problème. En effet les températures en Juin sont d'habitude plus élevées et le logement possède le chauffage, nous pensions que les couvre-lits suffiraient. Pour ce qui est de la vue, nous regrettons ce malentendu mais les photos du logement, notamment du jardin et de l'entrée et du lotissemnt montrent bien l'environnement. Enfin pour terminer , il est bien spécifié que le wifi n'est pas dans le logement. Nous tiendrons compte de vos remarques et essaierons de l'installer. Mais la connexion internet n'est pas le point fort de la Corse, mais c'est aussi ce qui fait son charme. En espérant que le séjour fût tout de même agréable et que vous avez plus profiter des charmes de la Balagne. Barbara and Family

Appartement proche de la plage

Appartement fonctionnel, conforme au descriptif, proche de la mer et des commerces de Lozari. Très bonne boulangerie à côté et le petit Mercatu (marchand de fruits, légumes, vins, produits locaux..) était très appréciable. La propriétaire était très disponible et la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympa et de bons conseils sur les plages. Seul petit bémol, le ménage nous a semblé un peu superficiel: il restait un morceau de gâteau sous un lit (au bord) dans une chambre et un livre sous un autre.
