If you are looking for a beachfront apartment with a great location, you have found it, the sea is 30 meters away.<br>You also have a private exterior: a 30 m2 terrace equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, 2 deckchairs<br>The apartment is a 35 m2 F2, with a charming living room with an equipped kitchen, table, 4 chairs and sofa bed in 140 (sleeps 2) and a bedroom with a bed in 140 (sleeps 2) and storage cupboard.<br>The sanitary area is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet with a high opening frame to bring in natural light.<br>This is a non-smoking accommodation, please do not smoke inside.<br>You can smoke outside on the terrace for the health of your loved ones and the comfort of future travelers.<br>Regarding the cleaning package, this includes one hour of cleaning but also bed linen (bed made on your arrival) and towels
