Amazing house, feels like home

5 adults, 2 kids age 2, 2 kids age 1. More then enough space. Perfect AC in living and almost every room, exect downstairs 2 bedrooms. Swimmingpool alarm is very save, and pool area can be closed. perfect. Due to all the small items that were in the house it felt like home. thanks greg!

Great villa on top location

The place is absolutely fantastic, very spacious, a lovely garden with delicious tomatoes growing all over the fences, the house is not overlooked by anything, the kitchen is fully equipped, could use a French press coffee maker, but it had 2 coffee machines at our disposal, so it didn't bother us at all, it's in great location with a supermarket on a walking distance and another one not very far, strategic location if you want to go to Montpellier or Beziers by car, not very far, about 40 min drive, the villages surrounding Gignac is gorgeous, wineries absolutely everywhere, it was all great, Grégory was very prompt on helping on whatever we needed, an great host. It's a house I would recommend to anyone with the eyes closed, we went in 3 families and everyone had a great time. There is to say the dogs had a fantastic time too, was definitely a + for letting us having them over. Thanks from all of us for letting us having this place for our holiday.

fabulous time

We thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at this great house with its lovely terrace and pool area and large beautiful garden. There was plenty of room for our group (ten adults) the house never felt crowded - very comfortable sofas and all mod cons and stylish decor - air conditioning was very effective and appreciated (note that two bedrooms downstairs don't have it though). Excellent provision of fridge and freezer space too. It did take us a while to work out how to open all the kitchen cupboards (push the doors,, once you work out where they are - and there are very well hidden drawers under the kitchen island where all the pans etc were - we were relieved to finally find those!) Our only small negative is that two bathrooms are perhaps not quite enough when the house is at acapacity - but the two loos are separate to the shower rooms so that helps. The outdoor space is really special, the pool large and well positioned and very clean. We appreciated the terrace at the side with lots of shade available - a huge table with very nice chairs - great for all our meals. Gignac is very well placed for all sorts of visits - we enjoyed St Guilleme le Desert, Pezenas, Montpellier. Lots of beaches in reach. But with such a lovely house, staying put was a very attractive option too. Thank you Gregory for making us feel so welcome!

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end avec nos amis !La maison est telle que sur les photos .L'équipement cuisine très complet , lits faits et serviettes fournies très appréciable .Nous avons pu profitez de la piscine , de balade en campagne , du beau marché de Gignac le Samedi, et d’une sortie à St Guilhem le désert , magnifique village !

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Grégory, qui est toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et répondre à nos questions. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent moment entre amis ou en famille. Grande terrasse, barbecue, piscine, terrain de pétanque... Tout celà au calme et sans vis-à-vis! Je recommande. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super maison, attention à votre caution !

Nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end. Super maison, de nombreuses activités et propriétaire flexible pour les horaires. Aucun vis à vis. La maison est vraiment top! Attention ramenez bien vos gels douche, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave vaisselle etc En revanche je n’ai pas trouvé le propriétaire très honnête. On fait l’état des lieux je lui montre la casse d’une chaise extérieure (ce qui arrive). Il m’a dit ok tout est ok. Et le lendemain il m’a prélevé 156€ de caution pour la casse de 2 chaises d’extérieur. Évidemment il ne répond plus à mes messages. En conclusion, vous payez votre location et à tout moment votre caution de 1000€ peut sauter et il s’en privera pas. La maison 5/5 et l’honnêteté du propriétaire 2/5.

Vous avez une définition de l'honnêteté assez étrange, étant donné que vous êtes venue à 40 personnes pour une maison limitée à 14 (comme stipulé dans le règlement interieur). J'aurais pu vous facturer les occupants supplémentaires, mais j'ai préféré demander le seul remplacement des chaises qui ont été cassées. Ce qui est, avec le recul, un peu trop gentil de ma part. Je ne comprends pas très bien pourquoi je devrais payer pour remplacer des objets que vous avez cassés. A mois que votre définition du dépôt de garantie soit tout aussi etrange que celle de l'honnêteté. Au plaisir de ne jamais vous accueillir de nouveau.

Une villa tout confort pour un week-end entre amis

Nous avons tous apprécié la villa. Pleinement équipée, spacieuse, lumineuse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir quand ce sera la saison pour profiter également de la piscine. Merci à Gregory pour les facilités d'arrivee et de départ.

Très bon séjour chez gregory

Très bon séjour entre amis. Très bon accueil de Gregory, très sympathique, beau gîte rénové avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipé (piscine, pétanque, ping-pong, enceinte, WiFi, cuisine bien équipée, ...), des petites attentions à notre arrivée,... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Retrouvailles

Bonne retrouvailles avec les copains ( 9 adultes et 5 enfants) dans la grande maison de Grégory. Au calme avec piscine, babyfoot , ping-pong , terrain de pétanque...proche de toutes les commodités et des sites touristiques. Maison très bien équipée et où on ne se marche pas dessus. Grégory est un hôte très sympathique et disponible, merci à lui de nous avoir permis de passer ce superbe weekend.
