The open kitchen overlooking the living room is equipped with an oven, microwave and induction hobs, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a toaster. A television is at your disposal. The exterior comprises a garden with no overlooking neighbours, a 28 m² terrace with furniture and two parking spaces. On the site, it is forbidden to charge electric vehicles – risk of general power cut. Charging points are available in town.
