6 guest maximum. This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor licensed in Alabama, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED. This 10th floor Gulf Front 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

Take a dip in the sparkling pool on your way to a sugar white sand beach, which is just a short boardwalk away! Direct Gulf Views from the living area and the master bedroom! Hear the waves and sip on cool drink while enjoying the private balcony! The beautiful upgrades include a tiled master shower, plus a guest soaking bathtub with tiled surround, granite counters & tile floors through out, a large living room TV, stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside the condo! The master bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and privately adjoins the master bath with a tiled walk-in shower with a seat. The guest room offers a queen bed, plus a twin over twin bunk bed.

As a guest you will have access to the beachside (seasonally heated) pool, Barbeque Grill area, and game room/fitness center. Guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at fitness center. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the location is great, parking and check in couldn’t have been easier, so much room on the beach because the condo is smaller. The down fall were the key fobs to the beach. I get why you have them, but we needed more and it didn’t help us to pay for parking for parking the day of departure, but couldn’t have the fobs to get to the beach…something to consider. The public beach is just down the road, something to know for guests that aren’t familiar with the area. Knowing this, I will still recommend this condo! We really loved the balcony that could be closed off like a sun room.

We loved the beach location. So close to condo and you don't have to walk far. That was great. We didnt have key fab upon check in. Had to wait in condo for a while until we made the decision to walk downstairs and ask someone to let us out. Suggestion: just do a key code for all gates and do away with a key fab. Furniture is so outdated. Spend about 500 and it would do justice. Definitely bring more kitchen stuff with you if you cooking. Very cheap dish detergent and no washing pods to start. Bunk bed rail needs to be fixed. Our company with us said main room bed was extremely comfortable. Overall ok.

Great experience. Condo was perfect and accurately described. We have stayed in Gulf Shores over a dozen times in the last decade and have never stayed in the same location. This was one of the top stays on our list. We were unsure of the enclosed balcony, but it was wonderful!

Perfect Condo on the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo on the beach! The enclosed balcony was an awesome amenity! The place was clean, the view was amazing, and we would stay here again! So thankful for the opportunity to stay in it, thank you to the owners for renting it out!

Gulf Shores Tower 10B

The condo was very nice and had everything you would need, including some beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Something came loose on one of the bunk beds and maintenance was there to fix it before the end of the day. It was quiet, loved the patio and the views were beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Great place and perfect views

I think this is one of the few properties that actually had great water pressure and actually hot water. The views were amazing. The place was easy to find and Pam gave great instructions on everything. Place had everything you needed. We just got away for the weekend but it was much needed and we didn’t have any issues. Thank you loved your place

Gulf views

Cute little place with great views on the gulf. Elevators were fast and not too busy. Parking is limited and tight if you have a bigger vehicle. The kitchen could use a good deep clean and furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Fun times….

Very well stocked for our month long stay. The building maintenance was great! The furniture looked nice…but very uncomfortable…nothing a good chiropractor can’t fix…lol.

Great stay

Fit our family of five very well. Clean and comfortable beds. Towels were the perfect amount. Washer and dryer and full kitchen helped the stay function well. Having the pool and beach access so close was a major convenience with two boys that had differing opinions on activities. Made the days more manageable. Hope to stay again in the future.
