This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the sought after high end residential area of Half Moon Heights facing the Atlantic Ocean, and overlooking the 18 hole Tom Fazio golf course.

It faces South East with spectacular sunrises and minutes away from the popular beaches on the Caribbean Sea side in Frigate Bay hosting local affordable Restaurants, Coffe shops, Water Sports and Sports Bars.
Also just minutes away is a new shopping Plaza opposite the Marriott Hotel with a new Super Market, coffee shops and hang out joints .

The apartment is ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach,
10 minutes from the airport and downtown Basseterre the capital city. Here you will find Port Zante the Cruise ship port, lots of shopping, the local market, fishermen with the catch of the day, commerce and street buzz !

A slice of paradise

What a beautiful spot. I loved staying here and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The little porch facing the sea was a wonderfully serene spot to have my morning coffee. Belulah was a kind and gracious host. I look forward to coming back some day!

Tranquility

The best view. No noise and a calm atmosphere. The house is a little old but it’s perfect for a vacation. Owner and property manager are great and easy to get a hold of. Couldn’t have picked a better spot on the island.

Beautiful and Private

The view and the breeze coming off the ocean were amazing! Slept like a baby. Very convenient to all tourist attractions, grocery, beaches, airport, etc. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Hi my name is Beulah, I was born in St Kitts but raised in the U.K. one of 8 children and have a international perspective on life. I worked in Local Government for many years doing Equality Work and I am single by choice! Whatever I do in life I try and do it to the best of my ability , which is why I am the number one Tour Operator on the island on Trip Advisor. I am living my dream by returning home .

This property I built myself having first purchased the land.
I live in the top half while the bottom half have the 2 apartments. The location is perfect as just 10 minutes from the airport and the same from downtown Basseterre the capital city. The apartments have 180 degrees view as you can see St Marteen , St Barths , Antigua and Nevis making the uninterrupted views truly stunning and breathtaking , and the sunrises 🌅 on the horizon just leaves me giving God thanks! No need for a gym here as the hills , beaches and pristine Ocean breezes does the job ! I also have a set of golf clubs ( left handed ) given to me by a friend if you are ready for a game.
