The apartment is in the smart residential Bakval area near the Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels. The apartment has a parking space if needed and there is further free parking available on the street. Car rental is easy and inexpensive, we can advise.

The apartment is accessed via a common locked door and a private apartment locked door. We will provide you with keys for your stay.

The entire apartment is all yours with complete privacy, with pool, balcony, and outdoor space shared with two other apartments.

Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

The villa is in a quiet residential area, please be mindful and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

Mid-stay housekeeping services, linen and towel change, grocery shopping service and babysitting are available, please enquire for details and costs.

We can also arrange other personal health services at the villa including massage, yoga, pilates, fitness, pedicure, waxing, aromatherapy. Please enquire for a menu of details and costs.
