Nice Location and great view

It was a great stay. The indoor pool was great since it was heated and my kids used it quite a bit. The outdoor pool area was very nice, but wasn't heated so it wasn't being used much with highs in the high 60s. With other Vrbos on the ocean they had more basic supplies - paper towels, napkins, coffee filters, etc. which this didn't have.

This property is a must stay if you are coming to North Mrytle Beach. The oceanfront view was beyond spectacular on the balcony during morning coffee. The unit had everything we needed at our fingertips. The resort itself was all inclusive with pool, bar restaurant and even entertainment. It was during SOS Fall Migration which made the location to Main Street for all the shagging activities just blocks away. Our favorite was the lazy river in the pool area. The commuication with the owner, Julie was excellent. She checked in often to make sure the unit meet with our expectations. The view was the most rewarding part of the of our time spent here. It is definitely worth the stay and I would love to book again.

Perfect condo!

My husband and I stayed here from Sat 10/12/24 and left Wed 10/16/24. The resort is great. The beds are SO comfy and the furniture is nice in the condo. Everything was sparkling clean. AC worked great and that is important to us. We loved the hot tub too. There's not much traffic this time of year, but that's how we like it. The location is close to tons of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

First Sister Week

My sister and I took our first sister week without husbands and kids. We had a great time. Property is convents located to anything you may want to do. The beach access is so close. The staff were the best and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The host and rental company answered request:questions within about an hour. I strongly recommend this. Property.

Nice stay

The resort staff very friendly. All pools/hot tubs nice and clean. Elevators were quick which makes a difference when you’re on 11th floor. The room is as described. Kitchen is smaller making it difficult to cook and utensils/cookware is limited (only 2 forks… owner notified). Room is close to elevator but it was quiet and didn’t ever hear ppl. Beautiful view of beach. Didn’t find any shark teeth but maybe next time:). parking structure is across the street.

Good place but dated needs up grades.

The place is good place but dated. Staff was great. Bathroom sink didn’t have hardly any water flow. The room over was just as stated, liked the room a lot. The pools need up grade badly. The elevators slow. Wish we had went through the actual property resort itself to rent. The view was great. Place was not far from shopping and restaurants but not enough different types of dining choices in the area. Did see homeless lady sleeping on property. She was on the boardwalk out to the beach each day and evening.

Meh - get what you pay for

While the property shows it's age, this condo hadn't changed the sheets from the last guest (ew). When I let the cleaning crew know, they needed me to hunt for extra sheets. So, I had to change out someone else's dirty laundry so I could sleep.....in all my clothes. There's also an "honor system" to dump the coffee before you leave, so there was leftover coffee in the pot from who knows when. I figured it would just be "ok" considering the price, but this was super disappointing. The view from the balcony and proximity to the beach were the saving grace for the rating.

Great Place

Property was very clean. We had already stayed at the Avista Resort before. We love it there. The entire process was very smooth.

Enjoyed our stay

We liked this property. It was clean and had most everything we needed for the week. There are inside and outside pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. You don't need to bring floats. They provide them for the lazy river. They also provide towels for the pool. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the living room beds though. The only things I had to buy/bring were paper towels, zip lock, cooking spray/spices, dish towel, tupperware, cooler/ice packs and of course food/drinks. They have 2 chairs and an umbrella rentals for $35/day. We brought our own. Loved being in North Myrtle Beach and off season. Much less crowded and good restaurants. Loved the area!

Great place for our family vacation

Everything was exactly as it stated in the description. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was well stocked with fluffy towels and toilet paper. We did have some issues with the dryer not drying the clothes properly. Also, the parking garage was pretty compact so I wouldn’t recommend driving a dually. Other than that, Julie from Big Fish Rentals was very good with communicating what to expect and what was expected of us.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
