CASA ZEN // Luxury 5 Bed Villa with Private Pool off Incredible Coson Beach!

Welcome to Casa Zen! This GORGEOUS 5 bedroom/4.5 bathroom villa is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Los Nomadas - including a private entrance to one of the most highly rated beaches in the Dominican Republic, PLAYA COSON (2-3 MIN walk!). The neighborhood includes 24-7 SECURITY, with the house itself including a Bali-style gate around it’s edges along with a vegetation wall of for your perfect, secluded, and tropical escape. The property has it’s own exquisite private swimming pool that is regularly maintained with an array of outdoor lounge areas for your family and friends. You can easily connect to the ceiling light of the bar which doubles as a bluetooth speaker to lounge by the pool for the day. The cleaner will be by the property periodically to clean and replace the sheets, and you can also speak to us to book in a private chef for your stay, a yoga instructor to come by in the morning, or a masseuse to ease you into your afternoon relaxation.

The property is less than 15 minutes on an ATV or in a car to plenty of incredible restaurants ranging from chic Peruvian fusion, fresh French cuisine and homey Italian style foods. You can walk on the beach to get to Luis’ for a Pina colada or a Presidente beer or head the other direction to playa bonita to have afternoon drinks or try your hand at surfing from the Mosquito Boutique hotel. Stop at Punta bonita on the way over and relax in the bright turquoise waters for the views above the water or the snorkeling beneath!

If it’s a quick day trip you’re looking for, heading out from Fisherman's village you can get to the hidden beaches of Playa Jackson or Playa Escondida by boat, or if it’s a quick drive you’re looking for, head over to the incredible waterfall in Limon, unlike anything you’ve seen before! From JAN-MARCH pop over to Samana bay for whale watching where they swim in to give birth.

Amazing house

We had such a great time at Casa Zen Would rent there again! Nicole, the owner is excellent et very dedicated to clients and her team is great. Need to update and give access to better kitchen and cooking tools, especially when 10 people is living in the house but overall, everything was great! Would recommend Coson playa is so close and very quiet place

Amazing house!

Our stay was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived to the location, the property manager was there to greet us and made the check in process so simple and easy. The owners of the home were also very helpful prior to arriving to the house. All their recommendations were exceptional! From the chef, to the drivers, to the catamaran company recommended. I highly recommend everyone to stay here when traveling to las Terrenas.

The only place that has exceeded expectations

It’s rare to find a place the photos don’t do justice to. Casa zen was beyond expectation. Our whole family agrees it was more beautiful and comfortable than we expected. The property manager, cleaner, pool worker, water bringer - the whole team catered to our every need. At some point we all had the best sleep in recent memory. Value for dollar it can’t be beat. A safe, beautiful space. My wife is a busy lawyer and had to work most days - the wifi is top quality!

Beautiful house in an gated community with access to playa coson and amazing beach. House was clean an d beautiful. the only thing with this property bis that they charge you extra for electricity. but overall beautiful, convenient and clean. I will come back.

5 STARS - CASA ZEN IS INCREDIBLE

A slice of paradise, on a slice of paradise. As soon as we entered Casa Zen, we all said we would be back! Nicole Was on hand to help with every request from where the best place is to rent quad bikes, through to how do we operate the Bluetooth speaker in the lighting fixture (Truly a vibe setter). The head cleaning Christina was impeccable- patient, friendly and professional. The pictures on the VRBO, still leaves a lot to the imagination. With hidden knucks for the best opportunities to tan, rooftop views and paths to the beach that avoid all the tourist traps. Coson Beach is literally on your doorstep an exclusive beach, with calm crystal-clear waters and white sands-I am not a big swimmer but the fact the temp was 20+ Celsius at sun rise and found myself jumping straight in chilling for hours on end with no big crowds in sight. Casa Zen, Nicole and her staff made the trip one for the history books! Insane location, extremely clean, a home away from home, with easy access to Playa Bonita (Mosquito Boutique Hotel and Bodega Bonita a must visit).

Beautiful home close to the beach.

Nicole was a wonderful host - responding promptly and arranging and reserving all our extra requested amenities. Her support staff was superb - Chef Vargas, Walli the chauffeur, Christina the cleaning lady and the pool cleaner. Casa Zen is spacious, comfortable, clean and only a 3 min walk to the beautiful Coson beach. It has a wonderful outdoor living space that our family enjoyed very much. There are 3-4 excellent restaurants within walking distance on the beach. Coson Bay was right next door and fabulous. Ask for Leo!

Hello! My name is Nicole and I have been spending time in the DR for the last 13 years! My husband and I don't live there permanently, but it's hard to keep away with the amazing sunshine all year round. If we're not in Las Terrenas, you can find us in either England or Tennessee (he is from England, and I am from Tennessee). If we had it our way, we would live in LT all the time, but because we don't, we are so very happy to share our slice of paradise with you.

The house is in an incredible location near the ocean, so we love to spend our mornings with a cup of coffee walking along the beachside and watching the sunrise. In the evenings the house is perfect for a cocktail hour and only a 10 minute drive from loads of amazing restaurants. Whether you're having fun by the pool or relaxing on the terrace, the house has just about anything you might need for your ideal tropical vacation. I'll be just a whatsapp message away and am happy to set you up with a cook, masseuse, information on excursions, etc. I hope you love our place as much as I do!
