A unique and peaceful place to stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. An exceptional villa with a pool, pétanque, a giant trampoline, and a ping-pong table... A spacious kitchen and plenty of bedrooms make this the perfect spot for a family vacation. Noisy parties are prohibited to preserve the neighborhood’s tranquility. Ideal for travelers seeking the peace of the countryside and the charm of the Ardèche countryside.
The property
An architect-designed home located in one of the city’s quietest and most relaxing neighborhoods. The charm of the countryside with all the amenities of a small town of 20,000 residents. The living area is spacious, featuring a large dining room and a sitting area. A large open-concept kitchen is at your disposal, equipped with all the amenities you’d expect. All beds are queen- or king-size. The 190cm TV offers access to Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more.
Additional notes
The homeowner lives on-site in an apartment adjacent to the house. He does not share the house itself but does live on-site right next door.

The pool is filled with water from May through October.

Très grande maison bien équipée

Belle maison avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur (ping pong, jeu de boules, trampoline, etc...) Compte tenu de la période, nous n'avons pu bénéficier de la piscine mais en été ça doit être très agréable.

Maison agréable

Belle maison spacieuse rien ne manque accueil agréable le seul bémol manque de propreté. Sdb non nettoyée miroir sale cheveux dans les douches et sur les chaises éponge plus que usée four sale dommage manque de coussins dans les chambres juste Traversin et une chambre matelas au sol sinon endroit paisible .
