Stay where the Ringling Brothers Circus used to house their performers... but now in a magnificent fully renovated beach house. Walking 4 blocks to Lido Beach and to St. Armands circle full of fabulous restaurants and shopping. The nature preserve around the corner makes renting kayaks for a beautiful tour easy. This house is perfect for a couple or family escaping to warmer weather but demanding an up to date, hip and IMPECCABLY clean home. Enjoy a glass of wine or two on the outdoor patio and enjoy the palm trees in the yard.

Great location

Rental property is clean and updated. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Location is short walk to beach. Had everything we needed. Will definitely rent again.

Peaceful bungalow steps away from beach, stores, and restaurants

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at the Harrison House thanks to Morgan and Tim’s hospitality. The home is clean and updated. It’s location is perfect for a beach getaway. We felt safe and comfortable during our entire stay. Thank you for helping us create incredible memories that we will cherish forever!

Clean, hip, quiet, comfortable home - you won't be disappointed!

Loved our stay at Harrison House. House is super clean, beds comfy, towels plentiful, kitchen well stocked (although we went out to eat every night). Owners very responsive to questions/concerns. Location on a nice quiet side street on Lido. Eat at Drift, at the Lido Beach Resort - very good! Incredible view and nice bar, too.

Harrison House Lido Key

Perfect house for a vacation on Lido Key. Easy access to St Armand’s Circle, Sarasota and other nearby keys and beaches. Home had everything my family needed for a 2 week stay. Property owner was always available for questions during my stay. Beautiful 2 weeks spent on Lido Key and I will definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful escape

We loved our visit to Lido Key and the Harrison House. Morgan and Tim are wonderful hosts who were attentive and highly responsive. The house is ideally located a few short blocks from Lido Beach, a 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle and a very quick drive (or bike ride) to Long Boat Key and downtown Sarasota. Our family (including two adult daughters) enjoyed our time immensely - whether we were relaxing, hanging on the beach, cooking, working remotely, enjoying the stunning sunsets, or exploring the area- and the house was perfectly suited for our six week stay. Thank you Morgan and Tim!

Pride of ownership

This was like the old days of online vacation rental sites—you know when property owners were most likely the ones actually renting their properties… ones they worked on and cared about instead of simply turning over to an agency that may or may not return a call? The property was flawless as described, the communication with the property owners was exceptional, and the location was perfect. We hope to stay here again. Thanks for renewing my faith in these types of vacation rental by owner rentals. This is the first one that has lived up to the description, cleanliness and described location in a long time.

Magnificent

This property is magnificent. It is a wonderful bungalow with a cool vibe. The lovely outside patio makes the home even more spacious. The home is in walking distance to the beach, shopping, dining and water sports. The owners were exceptionally helpful texting during our stay to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Vacation! Wonderful House!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Harrison House! The owner is so communicative and helpful. The house is very charming, extremely clean, has every amenity, and in a great location. Quick walk to the beach and an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. We had never been to Lido Key and we absolutely loved it. Will definitely rent this house again!! Thank you Morgan!

Lovely Lido Beach Vacation at the Harrison House!

Great clean, nicely decorated renovated vacation rental close to the beach and Saint Armands Circle. Great communication with host. Stayed for two weeks and still not ready to leave. Harrison House will be my choice when we return. ❤️

Hi! We loved this beach house with the fantastic history of Ringling Circus. We purchased it in 2020 and it underwent a full renovation to get it to 2021 standards of decor. You will feel right at home when you walk in and the area and location could not be better. We have stayed with our family and have been the only ones in the property so far. This is perfect for a family of four or a couple just wanting to escape!

Its the only one we have seen on the island at a reasonable price point that is completely up to date. This property isnt dated but you also get the old world charm with the history and the ability to walk everywhere.

WALKABLE to everything! And 15 min drive from the Sarasota Airport. You can't beat it.
