Big Private Fenced Yard, Hot Tub & Heatable Pool, No Stairs, Stone Floors

Cheerful private oasis with large fenced backyard and towering mature trees.

--The house is built with the longer-term travelers, so it is well-equipped with kitchen items needed for daily cooking.

----Private Office: Electronic height adjustable computer desk allows for standing or sitting. 27" curved screen computer monitor. Height adjustable work chair. Smart TV mounted on the wall, for entertainment between emails.

--Backyard gets washed by the morning sun, and makes it easy to enjoy the private pool and hot tub all day long.

--Pet-Friendly. The entire house has stone/wood floors, instead of carpet, which drastically reduces allergens.

--AC system has UV Germicidal Air Purifier, which destroys air born pathogens, mold, bacteria, and fungi. This also helps tremendously for allergy sufferers.

--Fire pit, BBQ grill, & outdoor patio furniture.

--Smart TVs in ALL bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

--2nd living room with foosball table, 55" smart TV.



We do not charge for the use of our pool and spa heating equipment -- guests only pay for the fuel they use.

Very quiet neighborhood, mature trees, low traffic, and tons of grass areas to walk around.

For stays 28 days and longer, cleaning fee is $499/one-time, pet fee is $8/day/per pet. Pool can be heated for $159/night.

Last Minute spring break trip

Very cozy home w/ hot tub and pool. Host were very accommodating and did a great job communicating and responding to questions in a very timely manner. Overall, a very enjoyable stay for my wife and I, our son (age 12) and grandson (age 5).

Good family home

The house had everything you would need. 4 bedrooms and a kids play room. Big back yard. Didn’t try out the pool because it was winter time. The house owner was VERY accommodating to us and very nice! Highly recommended place!

Oasis in the middle of a big move

We needed a temporary home while between houses and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The house was so clean, and the owner thought of everything we could need so all we had to do was show up with our clothes and enjoy the home. The pool and spa were relaxing and the backyard was a perfect place for the kids and dogs to play. Great house for kids and the kids really enjoyed the playroom. Lovely home and highly recommend it.

Nice house

The house was everything advertised. We stayed 4 weeks for a work project. We didn't have a lot of issues, but when we did the owner was quick and responsive. Small thing that made a big deal to me was they actually had some sharp knives in the kitchen. That is a rare treat in a rental property like this. They also had an Insta Pot with an air fryer. People on vacation might not appreciate these little things, but they make a difference when you are living there for a month.
