A stylish condo in the heart of Arcadia. The perfect location! Arcadia is the home to many top restaurants and bars and is a quick 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and 20 mins from Downtown Phoenix. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen comes equipped with dishes, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. There is an community salt water pool and jacuzzi that is open all year round for guest use. The pool is not heated. Operating Permit No: STR-2025-002472

Great place/location

This is a great place to stay. Safe neighborhood, close to many attractions, and the pictures were accurate. Hosts were very responsive and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Good Location

The location is great. Easy to get places. It was quiet. But there are a flight of stairs to enter the condo. I did not see that in the listing and my dad had a hard time getting up and down the stairs.

Restful night

I really enjoyed my stay. It was easy to access. It was in a good location for my trip to Phoenix. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I had trouble with was using my app with the Wi-Fi in the place. Upon leaving, I just called the owner to let them know I was leaving. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Baseball tournament

We enjoyed our stay. Our son had a baseball tournament so we had a place to relax after the day was over. Just didnt like the idea of no AC on the 2nd to last night we stayed there. It wss pretty uncomfortable.

Beautiful Condo

Karah’s condo was perfect. We were able to relax by the pool or on the deck. There is a lot of restaurants near to eat at or we could have meals in the unit. We were able to take day trips to the Grand Canyon, Montezuma Castle, Ghost Town, Hole in the Rock & Camelback Mountains for hiking. Went to Scottsdale for shopping. Everything was close by & convenient. We really enjoyed our stay & will be back next year. Karah was the perfect host & responded to my questions immediately during & before our stay. Well relaxing & enjoyable vacation.

OK Property

I selected this property because it was very highly rated. The property was ok, but I wouldn’t say it was spectacular. The place was dark at night, needs more lighting. Bedding was old and worn. We ran out of TP in one bathroom and they did not provide an extra roll. Overall worked for our stay as it was close to a wedding we were attending.
