Dit knusse gezinsappartement heeft alles: een extra badkamer voor de kinderen, alle apparatuur en een uitgang naar buiten. De ligging is goed: op loopafstand van een skisppoor. Helaas daar geen sneeuw op deze lage ligging door het uitzonderlijk warme weer dit jaar, zodat toch weer alles iedere dag de auto in moest.

Entspannung in den Bergen

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat alles, was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist nicht sehr gross, bietet aber bei schönem Sommerwetter einen Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse mit Aussicht ins Tal. Zu Fuss erreicht man das Dorfzentrum von Villars-sur-Ollon in einer halben Stunde.

Good, but dated.

Nice apartment in a nice location, but things are pretty dated. It is in need of some improvements. The kitchen is okay, but the sink area is very tiny. Bathroom sinks have separate hot and cold taps; how British can it get? Cleanliness was so-so: some garbage in the garbage bag on arrival and lots of dust and mess under the couch. TV is a poor excuse for a real television. Dining room set is a loose glass plate on a frame: not the safest. The dining room chairs are hernia material and heavy

Vieil appartement, magnifique endroit

Cet appartement nous a moyennement plu. Positif: Il est bien placé par rapport à la descente vers la télécabine. Il est grand, les chambres sont confortables. Le jardin, la terrasse et le balcon sont spacieux. Le parking à l’extérieur est pratique. Négatif: Les meubles et tapis sont vieux et la cuisine (four et micro-onde) était sale. On avait de la peine à chauffer l’appartement, même s’il ne faisait pas très froid dehors. Le garage intérieur est trop étroit pour une grande voiture.

Merci pour votre retour. Grâce à celui-ci nous avons fait remplacer le système de chauffage, pour offrir à nos futurs locataires un confort optimal. Nous avons pris connaissance de votre remarque en ce qui concerne le ménage, et désormais nous nous appliquerons à faire que celui-ci soit fait de manière plus rigoureuse. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir pour vos prochaines vacances.

Chalet très confortable et chaleureux

Tout est parfait et confortable. Il manquait juste un sèche cheveux et un appareil à raclette. De plus, j’avais de la peine à régler le chauffage. Chalet très chaleureux, on voit que les propriétaires ont à cœur que l’on s’y sente bien.

Lovely apartment for family

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The view is fantastic from balcony and master bedroom. Kitchen facilities are especially good. We had problem with heating in the living room but next day, the intercom fixed it efficiently. The location is bit far from town, (15mins drive) but it doesn’t matter if you have your own car. It is all worth it to stAy up the hill and enjoy the view there.

la seule chose à déplorer est que les occupants de l'étage du dessus se promenaient continuellement dans l'appartement avec leurs chaussures de skis et qu'ils faisaient un bruit insupportable... Mais c'est la première fois que cela nous est arrivé.

Convenient Location, Beautiful Views

My husband and I travelled with our two children both over 18. We wanted a place with great views of the Dents du Midi and bedding that would work for our very tall son. We always enjoy being in La Residence. I very much enjoyed its location because I love to walk to the village, it is closely located to a couple of trails through fields and towards the village, although it take about 15 minutes to walk there I enjoy that. It was accessible to many other trails also. The patio for eating was very much enjoyed. I had hoped they would have more furniture on the balcony to enjoy but there was not any. If you enjoy being on the first floor and stepping out onto grass this is a nice option, however, we did not like to leave the doors open of our bedroom at night because anyone could walk in and there were no other windows to open. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything and more than we needed. The bathroom sinks are somewhat awkward because the cabinet hangs over the sink and prevents you from leaning over the sink. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to others.
