The apartment is located in the Militari district, not far from the Plaza Shopping Mall, the AFI Shopping Mall and in a quiet location on Lake Morii. The center (Old Town) is not far from the apartment. The apartment has a view over Bucharest. At night you can watch the lights of the illuminated city as well as Lake Morii. For bookings over a month, we ask for a price request. We would be happy to make an offer. The apartment is luxuriously furnished. High-quality German parquet, a modern built-in kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with microwave and steam function, ceramic hob and Nespresso coffee machine round off a black / white high-gloss kitchen. The apartment has a balcony on the southwest side with seating. The apartment is fully equipped with E-Home, all functions can be controlled via Apple Homepods, e.g. the heating, air conditioning and the Apple sound system bring music to every room with Apple Music. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and a high-gloss look. The electronic door lock from Nuki facilitates access via touchpad and the elevator gives you direct access to the underground car park. A parking space in the underground car park is available. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The City Center Militari is a 10-minute walk away. The bus station is right in front of the house. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The Old Center district is 3.5 km away. The daily need for groceries can be covered by the Lidl market behind the house. Shops and public transport are in the immediate vicinity. The facility has its own paid underground car park and paid outdoor parking spaces. You can park for free on the street.

Difficult property manager

Arrived after midnight.No internet upon arrival. Had to text property manager and waited until noon to have access to internet.Had a family emergency (mother was admitted into hospital) and needed to leave property sooner. Informed property manager of situation and requested a credit for the 3 nights that were not used. Property manager called me rude and forceful in my demands. I explained to her that I don’t want a refund but a credit of 2-3 nights at a later time during my stay.Customer service at its worst.Would not recommend anyone to deal with them, in particular since they own multiple properties in the area.Location of apartment makes it difficult since it’s far away from center of the city. Extremely limited parking available.
