Rental was just as advised. Clean and very comfortable for a family of four. Well stocked and great location to Rocky Mountain National Park and just outside of downtown Estes Park. Downtown was very busy during our visit July 5 to the 7th so we were very happy to be a couple miles outside of town. Only 3 miles to RMNP. Will definitely stay here again!

3 reasons why I rated a four for this property. One was hot tub didn’t work properly our 2 night stay. It would not maintain its heat when you got into it and soon was just cold. They tried to fix after the first night and it still wouldn’t maintain its heat. The second reason was the fireplace wouldn’t turn on which did get fixed after the first night. We had maintenance people in the condo the second day for at least 2 hours while we were trying to get ready for a wedding. The third reason was they had no place to hang up clothes and the closets were all locked. We were there for a wedding and had nice dress clothes to hang up. Otherwise, it was a good location and clean. A nice little condo but no one checked out if things worked in the condo before our visit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m very sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, especially during a weekend as important as a wedding. I apologize that the hot tub did not maintain its temperature and that the fireplace was not working upon arrival. While I’m glad our team was able to restore the fireplace, I understand how frustrating it was to have ongoing issues with the hot tub. We also regret that maintenance needed access to the condo for an extended period while you were trying to get ready, timing like that is far from ideal and not the experience we want for our guests. I also appreciate you pointing out the issue with the locked closets and lack of space to hang clothes. That is an important detail, especially for guests attending events, and we’ll be reviewing this setup with the owner to ensure better accommodations moving forward. Thank you again for mentioning that you found the condo clean and well-located. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
