T2 of 36m2 facing the sea and marina, located on the 1st floor with elevator and benefits from all amenities. The apartment is not air-conditioned but the bedroom is equipped with a very silent ceiling fan bringing a nice coolness in summer and benefits from a mobile cooler as well as an autonomous fan in addition you benefit from an outdoor BSO shutter to limit the heat. In the entrance are two bunk beds of one place, a kitchen area and a living room complete the whole.<br>A private above-ground parking lot is allocated to you.<br>Located in the Domaine de la Coudoulière, which extends over 35 hectares with an aquatic complex with a paid swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 15th and a restaurant. Plus boules games, mini golf, tennis, playground for children. The landscaped estate is secured by caretakers.<br>You are 150 m from shops and restaurants and opposite the marina with boat rental, jet skis, diving club and above all beaches and coves on foot.<br>You are located 2 kms from Sanary and 3 kms from Brusc, a secure cycle path connects these two destinations as well as a bus line. In addition, an electric shuttle from July to August connects the port of La Coudoulière to the Brusc and the island of Gaou free of charge.<br>In addition, there are attractive markets in Six Fours, Brusc, Lônes and Sanary.

Marc et Rose sont des hôtes très à l’écoute et vraiment très sympathique. Ils sauront être présent si vous avez besoin d’eux. Concernant le logement, il faisait malheureusement vraiment trop chaud malgré les ventilateurs. La présence d’une climatisation serait un réel plus pour ce logement.

Belles vacances en famille a Six Fours

L'appartement est en accord avec le descriptif de l' annonce, avec un petit truc en plus ... des gens charmant pour nous accueillir!. Cuisine toute équipée, il ne manque rien. Apt arrangé avec soin. Vu mer sublime. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Un point d'amélioration serait une vrai climatisation dans le salon. Néanmoins la chambre est bien ventilée via un courant d'air qui traverse l'appartement. Un grand merci a Marc et sa femme pour leur accueil et leur sympathie durant ce super séjour.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Appartement extrêmement propre, confortable et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Des propriétaires très gentils, accueillants, et disponibles tout au long du séjour.
