The apartment features a balcony overlooking the Cap Coudalère marina.

It includes a well-equipped kitchen adjoining the living/dining room, which opens onto the balcony.

Two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet complete the apartment.

A parking space is available for tenants.

In addition, you will have access to:

A water park with two pools: a 25m swimming pool and a 15m pool where you can practice aqua aerobics and aqua biking during the summer season, as well as a playground for younger children.

The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our tenants upon presentation of a wristband, which will be given to you upon arrival.

Various sports facilities: multi-sports court, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-size grass football pitch.

And for fitness or more strenuous exercise, an outdoor fitness area.

A cleaning deposit of €60 is required in addition to the main security deposit.
