Very comfortable Mountain Home with plenty of parking and covered deck space in a beautiful setting. Access to a private area on Lake Burton for kayaks, canoes & swimming down the hill from the house. Home has two fireplaces, play room with air hockey, fooseball tables, and internet. There are four private bedrooms each with its own full bath (two rooms on main floor, one upstairs and one downstairs).

New Year Retreat

Family of 4 plus two in-laws had plenty of space to welcome in the new year and enjoy Clayton and surrounding areas. Beautiful location in the woods but on the lake at Burton. Highly recommend for families or larger parties, plenty of space and room for all. Kids loved the game room!

Perfect stay!

My family loves this home. We have stayed here twice snd always have a ball. Plenty of space for adult kids and grandkids in a beautiful setting.

Perfect for a family getaway

The house is clean, comfortable , and large enough for the 5 adults and three kids. We had a great time and would love to book again.

Very accommodating.

A nice home that allowed the attorneys to work in comfort and big enough for them to have their own bedrooms/bathrooms and some privacy. There was a hornet issue but the property manager's office handled the matter quickly, after the Tornado warnings and bad weather that blew through the area. The owner and property manager answered all calls and questions quickly and were extremely nice.

The downstairs basement has mold. There are 5 beds in the basement that were not able to be used due to the mold. There was also a large amount of bugs (centipedes ) found throughout the house. Especially In the wet basement. The house also advertises a boat dock that is in a walkable distance. You have to drive to the dock. Also the owner does not allow you to dock the boat there unless you sign a contract that was sent 3 days before we arrived saying you will pay for damages to a community dock. The dock was already damaged when we arrived. Ad is misleading. Basement is not useable.

Fantastic family home at Lake Burton

This fabulous house was a fantastic lake retreat for 10 adults and kids — beautiful location in the woods above Lake Burton, and the private dock was easy and convenient. Everything was fully equipped and the bunk room downstairs + game room upstairs were perfect for the kids. We enjoyed every minute on the property and plan to return soon!
