L'Alérion - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Nancy, this charming house of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to six travellers. It is composed of a nice living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a beautiful garden. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows
- a living room with TV open on the kitchen and the dining area with its high table.
- a fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a king size bed (200*200), a desk with a sofa bed and its Italian shower room.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- a beautiful garden of 800m2 with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine.

The house is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment and near a small wood. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities:
- Palais des sports Gentilly (SLUC de Nancy, Grand Nancy Handball Métropole)
- Sights: Place Stanislas, Palais Ducal, Basilique Saint-Epvre, historic centre, Ville Neuve, Villa Majorelle, Parc de la Pépinière (children's playground, rose garden, zoo...).
- Walking or cycling on the Moselle loop (Nancy-Toul).
- Cultural activities: National Opera, Fine Arts Museum, Lorrain Museum, Aquarium Museum...
- Tasting of Nancy specialities: Nancy macaroons, bergamot, thistles...
- Flea market and second-hand goods, central market, organic market of Vandoeuvre-les-Nancy.
- Visits to surrounding towns: Liverdun, Saint-Nicolas de Port, Harqué...
- Events : Le Livre sur la Place, Nancy Jazz, Rendez-Vous de la Place Stanislas, Jardin Éphémère.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Tramway n°2 is 200m away
- Several bus lines nearby
- Nancy-Ville train station is 4.3 km away (15 min by car).
- Mertz-nancy-Lorraine airport located 42 km away (31 min by car).

L'Alérion "Nice property , not very easy to find but we managed it . Everything you need for a few days away . Not much in the area local shops are 5 mins drive away , the city is 15 mins away . It was ideal for us as we were attending the Zénith which was the purpose of our visit . The check in process is confusing as the photos don’t match the rooms now . Overall a pleasant stay in Nancy . Be aware next to book ask if construction site across the road has started as it looks like it’s due to start very soon and may spoil your stay ."

Not the best

The house was difficult too find as it is surronded by large apartment blocks and the highway. The area surronding the house and outdoor furniture were not in keeping with the clean condition found inside of the residence. Only one toilet can be used which is within a small bathroom. A walk to the city center would be most difficult.

Fijne accommodatie

Een mooi huisje aan de rand van Nancy. Met de bus, 10 minuten lopen naar de bushalte, ben je in ongeveer 20 minuten in het centrum. Een ruim huisje waar alles aanwezig is en werkt. Goede bedden met in 1 kamer in ieder geval een luxe tempur-matras. De buitenruimte is wat kleiner dan wij ons voor hadden gesteld aan de hand van de advertentie, maar nog steeds ruim met voldoende privacy. Een winkelcentrum op loopafstand met alle winkels en natuurlijk een bakker voor vers brood. Locatie is rustig maar je zit wel in een buitenwijk van Nancy. Je loopt dus niet even naar het centrum. Het voordeel is dat je in een rustigere omgeving zit in een ruime accomodatie die voorzien is met alles wat nodig is. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Arrivée/Départ en toute autonomie et très bien guidés. Disponibilités et réactivité des correspondants. Idéale pour une escale ou un concert. 🙁 Quelques malfaçons gênantes dans le quotidien (dont écoulement des toilettes ...). L'environnement (maison entourée d'immeubles). Les extérieurs à potentiel mais pas suffisamment valorisés. Portail de fabrication artisanale mais pas fonctionnel (... devait être réparé après notre départ)."
