In the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, we offer this charming 50 m² terraced house with sea view for rental, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a pretty 21 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a large 50 m² terrace from which you can enjoy the sea view and the sunshine. We're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows
Ground floor :
- A bright 21 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchair.
- A mid-floor open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Tassimo pod coffee maker... and dining area.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).

Outside :
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.

Common area of the residence:
- Two shared, unheated swimming pools, open from June 1 to September 20. One 2 minutes' walk from the house and the other 5 minutes' walk (with a sea view).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, mini-barbecue, fan.

The apartment is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings, just a 15-minute walk from the beaches and center of Porticcio. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities :
- Visit Ajaccio: old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...
- Hiking on the Iles Sanguinaire, on the shores of Lac de Tolla, on foot or by bike.
- Casino, cinema, Thalasso, Spa, Accrobranche, Bowling, Horse-riding, Pétanque, Golf, Karting, Paint-Ball, Parascending, Tennis, Mountain biking, diving club, sea excursions.
- Swimming, relaxation or water sports on the coast, boat trip, fishing, diving.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the apartment.

- MUVIMARE maritime shuttles between Porticcio pontoon and Ajaccio's Tino Rossi port.
- Réseau Corse Méditerranée bus service to Ajaccio.
- Ajaccio train station 15.5 km away (20 minutes).
- Ajaccio ferry terminal 16 km (23 minutes by car), links to Marseille and Toulon.
- Ajaccio airport 11 km away (13 minutes by car).

Other remarks :
- A pet is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- There are stairs to access the accommodation.
