The apartment has a simple charm and is located in a nice area, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a few important issues, mainly around cleanliness and communication.When we arrived, the kitchen and refrigerator were not clean, and the linens (bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels) were not fresh. Because of this, we had to rewash all the linens ourselves, and the bath towels had a strong odor, so we ended up buying new towels during our stay. We were three guests, but only two towels were provided. There is also no dedicated parking, which we only learned after arrival.Communication was difficult. We reached out several times through VRBO after check-in but didn’t receive a response for a few days. When the host did reply, there was no solution offered during our stay, and the conversation felt more defensive than helpful. Communication was also moved to WhatsApp instead of staying within the VRBO platform, and we were asked to check out at 10:00 instead of the confirmed 11:00 checkout time.We weren’t expecting a hotel-level experience, just a clean apartment with fresh linens and clear communication, as described in the listing. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for us.With better attention to cleanliness and more responsive communication, this place could be a good option in the future.
