The studio can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its optimised layout. The living area includes a double bed, separated by a glass sliding door, a sofa bed for 2 people (clic-clac), and a pull-out sofa with 2 single mattresses at the same level, perfect for children or adults. The shower room is equipped with a shower, and the WC is separate.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a mini-oven, microwave, induction hobs, a fridge, and a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV for your relaxation. You will also benefit from a reserved outdoor parking space, as well as a cellar for storing your equipment.

Individual electric heating and collective hot water ensure optimal comfort during your stay. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
