Barefoot Bungalow is a completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 1/2 bath BEACH-front condo on the first floor, closest to the beach. The unit is family owned and managed. The 2 story condo is situated on the 1st floor of the Pinnacle Port Complex Tower and offers amazing views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell from 2 balconies. Located steps away from gorgeous white sandy beaches! Located in the gated Carillon Community, there is a seasonal restaurant poolside and restaurants, wine bar and shopping that are walking distance. Multiple playgrounds, basketball, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, and grills located in the community. Our kids love riding their bikes and scooters to the Carilllon town square for ice cream and pizza - very safe, gated community with beautiful beach homes. One car allowed per booking. Each additional car is $35.


LIVING/DINING: The living & dining space is downstairs and features a dining table and 4 chairs. ROKU SmartTV allows guests to hook up their favorite streaming services.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make a meal for up to 7 people. This includes an electric range+ oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (both traditional 12-cup coffeemaker and Keurig), and blender. The kitchen also has plenty of silverware, plates/bowls/cups/mugs, pots & pans, and baking pans. We do not carry specialty kitchenware such as mixer, basting tools, roasting pans, ricemaker, crockpot etc. The kitchen does have a basic spice/oil set as well.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom is located upstairs with a private balcony and views of Lake Powell. It has a king-sized bed and two nightstands. It has has a Samsung SmartTV. Extra blankets are included in the storage bench.

BATHROOM: The bathroom en-suite, next to the master bedroom with a bath-shower combo.

2nd BEDROOM: The 2nd bedroom is located upstairs and has views of the Gulf and Beaches. It has two double beds and a spacious closet and ROKU smart TV.

LAUNDRY: The Washer/Dryer is included as part of the unit rental. There is Publix Market and Winn-DIxie and CVS less than 2 miles away.

PARKING/ACCESS: There is a parking lot here that is first come, first serve but ample parking.

HOA RULES: All guests must adhere to the condo rules.

WIFI: The WiFi is relatively fast. Note that during peak season the wifi might be slightly slower, but I've successfully held Zoom meetings at the condo unit previously.

Great location!

We loved the location although our view was of the parking lot. Lots of fishing options and close to anything you want to do. The condo is pretty small but it worked for us.

Beach Stay

Overall our stay was great! The communication with the owner is wonderful and very quick to get a response. We did have to wait about 15 minutes past check in time for the room to finish being cleaned but other than that wonderful place to stay.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Wonderful location. Owner is so nice and easy to work with and accommodating. However, the pictures do not show all the parking lot views. It was a little smaller than I visioned. Overall, we had a great time for the value.

Great location to the beach. Great communicaton. Easy check-in. Kitchen was sub par. One dish towel. 2 small spoons. Pans were a mismash. Poor water pressure in the upstairs shower. Shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom moldy. I give it a "B" overall.

Great September beach trip!

September is a great time to go. Property was as expected and communication with owner was excellent. This property is in an excellent location. Short walk to the beach. Just wish we could have controlled the weather. Great trip anyway!

Wonderful place

The condo was great. Says it sleeps 7 but with kids you could fit 8. There were only 7 of us but it was great. The property owner was SUPER responsive and helpful. Communication was amazing.

Great condo

This condo is decorated beautifully! It is located so close to the beach and is convenient to head to the pool for a quick dip too. There is a snack shack at the pool which is great for a quick lunch.

Cozy and convenient

Property was as described. Beach and gulf visible from the unit, waves loud enough to lull us to sleep. Had to depart a day early due to extreme cold. Furnace failed to bring temp inside to comfortable level. We let Jenny know, and she graciously refunded our night we were missing out on. Enjoyed the spot, the setup, and were sad to leave early. Hope to return!

Perfect location/few suggestions

First of all, the location of this condo was very convenient. Being 1 level up from the ground floor meant less time traveling in the elevators. The beach is so easily accessible from here as well. The condo itself was very quaint and nice. Our family doesn’t require a lot of bells and whistles. Just cleanliness and functionality. The condo was very clean. If I have any feedback about the functionality of this unit, it would be this: Since there are no closets, there should be more storage in the double bed room. The closet in the double bed room isn’t accessible and there is no dresser. So unpacking wasn’t really an option. Also, you aren’t allowed to hang your towels off of the balcony railing. I think it would be helpful if there were more hooks around the condo to hang wet towels and/or swim suits. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! If you plan to have a guest sleep on the couch, bring your own blankets bc there aren’t extra ones. This condo held our family of 5 comfortably. The coffee maker is very small (similar to the ones in a hotel room). We are big coffee drinkers and it was a little inconvenient to have to constantly make a new pot. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and the owner was so good with communicating with me directly prior to and even during our trip. The feedback is just stuff I noticed throughout the week, but didn’t hinder our vacation at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for easy beach access and comfortable beds!

Peaceful Family Vacation

We had a delightful time! The condo was spacious and comfortable. The views from the family room and upstairs bedrooms were really pretty. Jenny communicated well with us and was quick to address questions and/or concerns. Even though it was spring break time, it was nice to have a section of beach exclusively for the gated community that the condo is in. It was far enough away from the super busy areas to feel peaceful but close enough to enjoy shopping and restaurants. The beach towns on 30A to the west of the complex were awesome...think farmers market (Rosemary Beach) and really good small town local ice cream (Blue Mountain Beach Creamery)! Despite a couple of hiccups at the beginning we had a wonderful time, appreciated Jenny’s help, and definitely recommend the condo and location! Thank you, Jenny!

AMAZING View!

We had a great visit at the Barefoot bungalow. We were in awe of the incredible views from each window, and the easy access to beach and the other amenities on location. Quick and easy drive to the amazing shops and restaurants in 30 A. We cant wait for our next stay!
