A very pretty, freshly decorated bungalow. Intimate setting with its own entrance, swimming pool and private garden. It is very well equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom furnished with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed. Ventilated shower room with wc.

The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the conveniences: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.

You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.

The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe (Raisins Clairs beach, Anse à la Gourde, Anse-Champagne, la Coulée) are only 5 minutes away from your superb vacation villa. For water sports enthusiasts, the spot of the Port of Saint-François offers surfing lessons for all levels, and the beach of Anse-Champagne is the ideal place to take your first steps in Wing Foil.

The villa is about 10 minutes drive from one of the most visited sites in Guadeloupe: Pointe-des-Châteaux facing the island of Désirade.

UN BUNGALOW DANS UN ILOT DE VERDURE

Bungalow très sympatique avec un slendide jardin très bien entretenu. Le confort est au rendez-vous ainsi que la déco, idéal pour les courts séjours. Pour les séjours un peu plus long, cela mériterait un réfrigérateur plus grand qu'un table top. Le couple de conciergerie est très sympa et très réactif .

Bungalow au calme

Nous y avons sejournés 9jours avec ma mère et ma fille. Le bungalow est placé au calme. On y dort parfaitement bien. La petite piscine est vraiment un point positif. Proche de tout commerces et des plus belles plages de la Guadeloupe. Nous y reviendrions avec joie.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans de très bonnes conditions dans ce charmant bungalow très bien situé, propre, avec brasseur d’air pour ne pas utiliser constamment la climatisation et la piscine très appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Très agréable petite maison

Nous avons passé une semaine en avril (couple et un enfant de 10 ans). La maison est parfaite. Piscine très grande partagée avec les propriétaires (absents pendant notre séjour). Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. Seul petit bémol : le frigo est un peu petit. Sinon c’était parfait, je recommande cette location de vacances.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au bungalow Monarque. Les propriétaires sont très respectueux du bien-être des locataires. Bonjour, nous sommes rentrés hier à la maison, il faisait froid et il pleuvait, rien à voir avec la température de Saint-François. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au bungalow Monarque et nous avons bien apprécié le cadre et le logement, sans parler des propriétaires 😉 Nous espérons revenir dans quelques temps en Guadeloupe et nous vous recontacterons. Parfait merci !! La guadeloupe est très belle, un petit coin de paradis 🌞

Le bungalow était très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. L’emplacement est top car nous sommes arrivés sans voiture et nous avons pu tout faire à pied avant de louer notre véhicule 😊 Nous avions demandé un petit déjeuner que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, et Ana nous a reconduit à l'aéroport, encore merci 😃

Séjour au top ! Très belle maison, très propre, très bien équipée, hyper bien située à St-François

Annaelle est une hôte super gentille, disponible et à la fois discrète. La piscine est magnifique comme sur les photos et leur petit chat Texas est trop mignon et discret également. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
