With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

“Ocean View” doesnt mean you’ll have an ocean view

The way the rooms are advertised at this resort online include “ocean view” rooms and “ocean front” rooms. It was not until I checked in and went to the room that i found out the view was a concrete wall. Super misleading and disappointing to have looked forward to a view just to be robbed out of it. The front desk said there was nothing they could do but tell me to find somewhere else to stay. Unbelievable. The floors near the elevator on our floor were dirty with dry spilled coffee sticking to it for 3 DAYS. When we were leaving it was still there. We had to get someone to change the sheets twice. Folks, just book somewhere else.

Still had a view!

We had one of the room on the side of the hotel. If you walked out on the balcony you could still get a great view of the beach and the pool and lazy River at the resort. The ONLY downfall I have with this place was that at odd times through the night and day we could hear what sounded like an ice machine dispensing ice within the wall. There’s no ice machine on the floor but it was just a weird sound. If you’re a light sleeper, this could potentially wake you up but we slept through it if we weren’t up late. Other than that, the room was top notch! VERY clean and had so many free add-on bonuses for staying there. Would highly recommend staying here no nowhere else!

Perfect for a budget vacation

The room was very nice. It was clean and perfect for a small family on a budget. The fridge was nice and cold and the microwave was nice to have to heat up leftovers. The bed was ok as far as comfort. I did appreciate that they give you two pillows per person. The air conditioner works well if you keep it on all day. The bathroom was nice. The shower is nice and deep but watch your step on the way out. This room does not have an ocean view(we didn’t care, however you can see the ocean if you sit. In the corner). It over looks the pool and check in area. Although it overlooks the pool and other high traffic areas we didn’t notice much noise. The free breakfast is just a short walk, like maybe 2 minutes, and it’s actually quite delicious for a free hotel breakfast. It was a nice perk. We ate a large breakfast which kept us full until dinner. It helped save on spending money to get lunch. Parking isn’t too bad. It’s across the street in a garage it’s about a 3-4 min walk but this was typical of most all the hotels in the area. Plus walking to places was the better choice as parking is hard to come by. So we never really needed to get the car once we parked upon arrival. The beach is steps from your door. There is a shower to rinse off sand which is nice. The lobby is clean but nothing grand and other amenities are nothing to write home about but perfectly functional. They are basic. If your looking for luxury this is not your place but if your just looking for a clean, family friendly basic hotel on a budget this is perfect. We definitely plan stay again, we already planned a trip for September. The very small down side of our stay: This particular room is right below the properties gym and early morning/late night treadmill runners can definitely be heard. It wasn’t terrible but could be annoying if your someone who needs complete silence to sleep. The pools are also just ok. They are VERY chlorinated. After just 45 mins our bathing suits were bleached so don’t wear a bathing suit you care about. They are small and usually crowded. My teenager had tons of fun meeting other kids and was totally safe as we watched from the balcony. We (adults) used the pool and hot tubs in the evening so we had them mostly to ourselves. It’s open until 11pm. There is only one hot tub. The second one that you see in photos is only 1ft deep. It should be advertised as a baby pool. If you have a little one this would be a perk for you. If you made it this far in my review and are still not sure, just book it. It was lovely for an inexpensive beach vacation. We will be back!
