This 1,200 sq foot loft on the historic West Side of Cookeville will be the perfect spot for your getaway. It boasts a full-size kitchen, a lofted one bedroom and a bathroom with full laundry accessibility. The loft is situated on the second level of a building on Broad St. w/ a private staircase and furnished patio. The West Side has plenty of local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries that are all just steps away. It is located within half a mile from Cookeville Regional Hospital and within a mile of Tennessee Tech University.

This place is awesome! Host was great and is right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. I would highly recommend this place!

The host was incredibly kind. On my initial trip in I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle and delayed my trip. Without hesitation I was offered a refund and able to rebook for a later date once I got everything sorted out on my end. Super grateful. The Loft itself is such a cute space. Its big enough to host family and friends who haven't had the opportunity to see you in a while (Cookeville native) but with just enough beds (one) to rest and recharge solo (or with a partner or kid)! All around, grateful for the accommodations!

Crawdaddy's visit

This is a great location. The loft was very spacious and clean. One recommendation I wish to make to the owner would be to put in a queen size bed with a softer mattress. Mattress way too hard. If you are looking for great food nearby, Crawdaddy's the place.

Historic Downtown Loft Cookeville

Love this loft. It was very spacious and so cozy. The design and decor is tasteful and the space has a lot of character. Even with all of that said, the location was the best part. We could quickly walk to so many neat places in the downtown area. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great location/Lots of space

Loved all the room to move around...dance, whatever! Crazy about historic places like this to stay...nicely decorated, exposed brick walls, cute raised bedroom, full kitchen. Great location downtown-able to walk to shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Lots to do in Cookeville. Extended our 2 nights to 3 because we were having such a relaxing time in this loft. We would definitely stay again!

Waterfall Chasing

My friend and I booked this rental to chase waterfalls in the area! I'm so glad we did! It was so cute and cozy, perfect location for boutique shopping, and eateries! Would definitely book again if I ever find myself back in Cookeville 🖤

The Loft was a great find! We loved the location, close to State Parks. There were all the amenities you would need for a stay. It was a cozy place and the decor was great. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly choose this place if we're in the area again.

Perfect location and room

I can't speak highly enough of this place. It was exactly as advertised. The location and place itself was clean and wonderful. It was spacious and allowed me to relax and enjoy the week. I can't recommend this place enough for those who are looking for a one bedroom place to stay.

Just awesome

This place was killer! The pictures in the listing made it look really cool but don’t begin to do it justice. Super cool loft feel with exposed brick and exposed ceilings. Has a half industrial/half restoration/half modern vibe (yep, that’s one-and-a-half in total). It just felt comfortable and fun. Kitchen was nice. Bedroom “loft” was awesome. Some cool restaurants/breweries within a few blocks. Located just off the revitalized area of Cookeville. If I had to find anything wrong with the place it would be that the entry stairs make it a bit hard to get luggage up and down from the loft. They’re a tiny bit narrow and steep when carrying luggage… but that’s being really nit-picky, it’s not as if they were excessive. Overall a great place to stay in Cookeville.
