LOCATION & SKI ACCESS:<br>This charming studio is located on the 4th floor of the LE PASTOURLET residence. It faces the mountains, offering a lovely, peaceful view of the trees and the slopes (see photo).<br>It’s at the end of the hallway, so there’s no disturbance from other residents passing by.<br>Once you step out of the studio, take the elevator directly to the ski lockers. Once you’re geared up, leave the residence and you’ll have direct access to the “Piste des Italiens” (green run), which takes you right to the chairlifts.<br>For the return trip, we also take the “Piste des Italiens,” which descends and passes right in front of the residence. <br><br>PRICES & AMENITIES:<br>- I offer a lower rate than market prices because I do not include bed linens or towels in the amenities. <br>- YOU WILL THEREFORE NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, BATH TOWELS, AND SHOWER MATS. <br>- Pillows and comforters/blankets are provided.<br>- SEPARATE ENTRANCE<br><br>LAYOUT:<br>- A comfortable sofa bed (thick mattress) in the living room for a couple.<br>- Two bunk beds in the entryway for 2 children.<br>- bathroom with shower<br>- kitchenette with microwave, oven with broiler, raclette machine, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils <br>- television.<br><br><br>NEIGHBORHOOD:<br>- Ideal location: “ski-in, ski-out” access (via the “Des Italiens” green run)<br>- Terrace, ski locker, and elevator <br>- Next to the Caribou sledding area (+ ski school)<br>- Private parking at the residence, free and unrestricted<br>- Another free, larger public parking lot nearby<br>- “Le Flocon” restaurant across the street<br>- “Sherpa” convenience store and ski rental across the street
