2 blocks to the beach, 1 block south of North Wildwood, 2ND FLOOR unit, sleeps 8, 2 bedroom with full loft. Loft has two beds in one room, one king and one queen. One bedroom on main floor is a walk through to the loft and has a full size bed. The other bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed. One full bath on main floor and 1/2 bath in loft. Full service kitchen with gas stove/oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee makers, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Separate dining area seats 6 with 2 at a small bar table. WiFi and TV with Firestick, 2 other TVs with DVD players, small gas grill. Back yard is shared with first floor unit. Pet friendly, only one small or medium sized dog allowed, under 25 pounds, call first. There is a one time fee of $50.00 for one dog. GUESTS MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. Families only. No Senior or Prom week rentals, no college or high school students, NO subletting, only people who rent allowed in unit. One seasonal parking pass included. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Wildwood family vacation

Great spot especially for someone traveling with a dog. Place was clean and had a lot of space. Close to boardwalk and dog beach.

Perfect location, perfect house

We couldn’t be happier with our week in wildwood. This was the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice. The owner Sam is awesome.

This place was exactly as described, close by the beach & other amenities. Clean & nicely decorated. Our family enjoyed some cokking & just spending time together both inside & out on the front porch. Would recommend it as a place to stay.

Dog friendly and close to the boardwalk/beach

Great location, and big apartment! Great communication with the host. Note that it does not include bath towels, bed sheets, and any toiletries. It does include beach chairs, and other stuff for the beach! I recommend this place and would definitely love to go again! Thank you!

Perfect Shore Getaway

We absolutely loved it here! Best rental yet and we have been coming for several years! Samuel answered all our questions promptly. House was clean and plenty of room for us all. Cozy couch and living room to relax after a long beach day. Kitchen large enough to prepare and cook meals too. Would definitely stay again!

Best House In Wildwood

This was our second year in a row staying here and we absolutely love the house on Juniper Ave! Sam is a great host and has just about everything you need to have an amazing vacation! With all of the extras he has stocked the house with it feels like you didn’t even leave home! And best of all it is pet friendly! Thank you so much Sam! We hope to come back again next year!

Wildwood Vacation

The property had plenty of room and kitchen was well equipped. Only downside we had was parking on the street. There were no meters in front of the property, so spots didn't open up very frequently. Un-packing and packing was a bit of a chore when you have to walk a block to your car. But overall we made it work.

Close to beach

Sam was nice enough to let us check in early as we were traveling with a baby and a dog! The apartment is very nicely decorated. Only two drawbacks were steep steps in the back and no gate on the porch. If you have young children this may be a consideration. There was also ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Otherwise great location!

Great location!

This property was perfect for our three night Wildwood, NJ trip. The location is ideal for easily walking to the beach or boardwalk, but a nice two block distance to give some space from the noise and bustle of the boardwalk. There are also cute restaurants and ice cream shops a block in the other direction from this house. Really, this rental is in a perfect spot! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. My family of five all felt like they had room to themselves and space to gather and spend time together. The listing is as expected, but the feel of the place is even more inviting than the pictures show. We used the kitchen to prepare meals, and everything worked great. The property also comes with some beach gear... the beach cart was much appreciated and a nice surprise. One note, this is a second and third floor apartment so be prepared to carry your items up a narrow outdoor stairwell to the front door. I'll rethink arriving with a full cooler of food if we're able to rent here again.

Parfait pour deux familles

Nous etions deux familles de deux adultes et 2 enfants chaque. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et la propreté du chalet. Le service était impeccable et courtois et la cuisine était bien équipé et complète. Près de la plage nous avions acces à tous à proximité. Merci Samuel pour votre hospitalité.

Close to boardwalk and Beach

We enjoyed our stay. Plus that it is pet friendly. Very close to beach within walking distance. Even had beach items includinf toys for the kids! Would stay here again.

Good Times

Good location 2 blocks from boardwalk/beach. Lots of room. Plenty of hot water for 4 people to get ready for a wedding. Easy enter/exit. We didn't cook, but I liked that there were 2 waffle irons, lol.

Nice House

Was a great location and the house was nice. It was a little odd that the access to the loft is through a bedroom, but we made it work. The owners were very responsive to requests.

Great Place with a perfect location!

This rental is perfect for a family vacation or just a couples get away. Sam was great to work with and made many helpful recommendation for local restaurants. You can tell there was a lot of time renovating this place with many upgrades. The location was close to the boardwalk and beach. We took our dog and there were two great dog park areas on the beach within walking distance. We would highly recommend this Lovely property.
