This 3 bedroom single family home is in the perfect location for guest to be able to take a short drive to beach, restaurants, bars, and plenty of other local attractions. The interior has just undergone a complete renovation and is setup for the whole family!

This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 1 min drive)

Could’ve had TVs in the bedrooms and the floors could have been a lot cleaner. The hot tube lights did not work. The fan string was missing so we couldn’t adjust the fan in one of the bedrooms. overall,overall stay was a four the house could’ve been a lot more homier with decor and a lot more furniture needed in the living room other than just a couch.

Very nice home

We stayed at this home for a dance competition. It was a great stay, the girls were rested, and we had lots of space. House was clean and everything worked well.

Pleasant stay

The whole experience was very nice, the house is clean and spacious. Plenty of backyard space for the kids to play. Hot tub is a highlight.

The cleaniness and beauty of the house inside is beautiful and immaculate confortable.

The house is immaculate inside. Comfortable for a family of 7 and pets. I was not impress at all of the outside. Could not sit out too many mosquitos. Could not use the hot tub due to mosquitos. The house is on a county highway. Constant cars speeding by. It did not feel like a vacation home but it did the job and I can't Express how clean and comfortable it is inside.

Quiet spot near beach, boardwalk and dance competitions

I was tasked in mid-May to find a place for my family to stay while my daughter competed in the BTS National Dance Competition in Middle Township in June. I found Jason's listing and was impressed by the accomodations, the proximity of the rental, not only to the dance venue (8 minutes) but also to the N. Wildwood beach and boardwalk (13 minutes) as well as the various amenities provided. My daughter especially liked relaxing in the hot tub after the stress of each long day of competition. But even if you aren't married to a Dance Mom, this place is great for those who are looking for a place to stay for a beach vacation as well. Its close enough that you can hop in your car and be on the beach in 15-20 minutes but far enough away that you have the peace and quiet at night that you rarely get staying in a hotel or motel. Another bonus was that my son and I had a refuge to retreat to during the hours-long downtime between my daughter's performances. We rode go karts, took a walk along the boardwalk, bought some souvenirs and played the newest VR arcade games. It was good to get some quality time together. Jason was great at responding to our questions and also recommending good local restaurants. He made a stressful week less so and I thank him for that.

Grey location, easy access from the main roads. Like others have said bring an iron if you need it. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. Amazing gas range. Quality water heater. Everyone hade a good time

My overall stay rating

My family and I had a good weekend stay. As stated in listing, newly renovated, well kept, good communication with property manager when asking questions and getting back to me promptly, smooth check-in/out. Supplied most household items. Note: Bring iron and ironing board if you think you’ll need it.
