Absolutely Fabulous Place to Stay!

This was the most pleasant stay in a VRBO we have ever had... There were no perfume or air freshener smells! The place was clean and well laid out. It had everything we could have wanted... The owner was attentive, and kind. We visited Black Sand Beach; went to the Tide Pools, ate lunch at Gyppos, and we hiked some of the Hidden Valley Trail... We highly recommend this place... We hope to stay again... Thank you very much!

40th anniversary family get away

Kitchen had every convenience, tool, appliance you could hope for. Two wood burning fireplaces made it cozy during the storm. Nearby Black Sand Beach a must on your stay.

Well-stocked home for family trip

This is a nice home with friendly hosts. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, and there are movies and games. We had a lot of trouble getting any wifi to work so if you require wifi then this is probably not the place for you! When the fog clears there are beautiful sunsets and water views.

The house was great and in a great loction.

The stay was nice. The owner checked in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. They also provided menus, maps and an assortment of books and movies to utilize during your stay. We were caught off guard on arrival as we were unaware the owner was staying on the lower level of the home during our stay. We were under the impression we rented the entire home. However, he did give us lots of privacy and we didnt come across him much during our stay. He was very friendly and willing to make us as comfortable as possible during our stay.

Test your endurance with the numerous hiking trails including, the world famous Lost Coast Trail. Shelter Cove truly is a nature lover’s paradise.

We offer Starlink high speed internet.

Cellular coverage in Shelter Cove is like being in the stone age (not kidding). Shelter Cove's broadband Internet provider isn't much better. You'll be grateful to have the ability to connect to our WiFi & work, play, video conference, & stream without issue.

The home is centrally located. You can get just about anywhere you want to get to in this vibrant fishing community within four minutes.
