The Space:
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a very comfortable queen-sized bed, and the second bathroom has a shower.

Step out onto the large balcony, where you can cook a delicious meal on the BBQ and enjoy some of the best views of Canmore. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

Located in the charming community of Spring Creek, the building is just a 5-minute walk to downtown and surrounded by picturesque creeks and streams, ideal for scenic walks.

Before your stay, we'll provide you with an online guest manual filled with exclusive discounts from nearby businesses and detailed information about the unit.

Please note there is an additional $70 charge for the setup of the sofa bed. Kindly let us know when booking if this is required.

Guest Access:
Keyless Code Entry for both the parkade, hot tub and condo door.

Upon booking, you will receive a digital guest manual containing comprehensive condo details, building information, and check-out procedures. Feel free to consult it for any queries you may have.

Check-In time is 4:00pm
Check-Out time is 10:00am

Once the rental agreement is completed, you can expect to receive the check-in instructions five days before your scheduled arrival date.

Spring Creek is a pretty new neighbourhood surrounded by mountains and greenery. It's calm and peaceful but also close to town. You'll find nice walking paths, shops, restaurants and cozy cafes here. It's a friendly place where nature meets convenience.

The local bus service connects you to key areas in town, including the downtown core, shopping districts, and recreation facilities. It's an excellent option for those looking to leave the car behind and explore Canmore effortlessly.

By Bike:

Please be aware that we do not have control over building amenity closures such as pool maintenance and repairs.

Guest count of 4 or more will require the sofa bed. There is an extra $70 charge for the set-up of the sofa bed and for additional linens and cleaning.
Reservations made through VRBO, Home Away, Booking, and Bow Website are subject to a 4% cancellation charge.

There is no damage deposit with AirBnB. Take note of the damage deposit, this will be automatically refunded 7 days after check out.
