Completely Renovated house 5 Minutes from downtown Hannibal Historic District.

This home has is a completely renovated two story house.
Downstairs has a Master bedroom with its own bath, living room, fully stocked eat in Kitchen, laundry room and full guest bath with a tub.
Also a cheerful sunporch/mudroom with a table for morning coffee.
Upstairs has one bedroom with two double beds and common area has a convertible single bed. Also a bath with a shower that has a built in seat. Kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and dishes etc.

Both living room, with it's comfy couch and chairs, and the master bedroom have Roku tv's. Wi-fi is provided.
If you want to have a private coffee, you can enjoy the coffee bar in the master bedroom.
Both front and back porches provide covered seating and nice views.
Off street parking with stair access and on street parking with only one step down.

My wife and I visited Hannibal for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was very clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communication with the host was quick and informative. We would absolutely stay again in the future.

The house was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to downtown. The neighborhood was the only thing that was questionable as you had to pass by some very questionable neighbors based upon the condition of their properties, which made you curious about the safety of your vehicle and assured you that walking around was not advised. The owners were responsive and provided clear directions and checkin procedures.

Easy work stay!

I came in from out of town with a whole group of people. The owners were very friendly, & helpful. The house is sparkling clean, & very well equipped. We were even able to have a few people over for dinner! Checkin was a breeze.

The house was decorated so nicely, and it was very clean. We loved the little coffee bar in the bedroom too. It’s like they thought of everything! We got to meet the owners, and they were very welcoming- couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Great place to relax!

Girls weekend, fun at festival, easy to load and unload, great directions, clean and very well decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed! Great place to have breakfast and relax at the end of a busy day.

Beautiful Home

We really liked the home. It was amazing and very clean. Some of the homes in the neighborhood were run down. However, I know the owners of this beautiful VRBO doesn’t have any control of that situation.

Nice place but----

Very nice place. Pictures don't do it justice. Neighborhood seems to be transitioning. The only issue we had were ants. Went to dinner and came back to ants allover the master bath. In our toothbrushes and in other items left out. the owners said they had it sprayed previously but it was just nature. Had it sprayed and left some raid for the ants.

Sisters’s week

My sister and I were looking for a low key week to catch up. Hannibal was a good place to visit. The house had more than enough space. The kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfy, and the front porch was our favorite place to hang out.

They were so helpful and accomodating from guiding us to the property when my phone navigation system went berserk to looking out for us to make sure my husband could navigate the back entrance.

Perfectly furnished and supplied. A lovely rebuilt house maintaining it's original charm but including all the modern amenities.

Comfortable and relaxing

I am so happy to have found this lovely home. Beautifully renovated and decorated, we were comfortable here and enjoyed the front porch every chance we got. Sean and Trish are the owners and are very nice and accommodating. We had a great time in the quaint town of Hannibal and learned so much about the history of it. We also drove to Marceline to the Walt Disney Boyhood home and museum about 1 1/2 hour easy drive away. I highly recommend those looking for a relaxing vacation to visit these two towns of our beautiful country. I also recommend Sean and Trish’s beautiful home for your stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Weekend Twain getaway

My daughter, her two boys, and I had a lovely weekend. Trish and Sean met us when we arrived. The house is bright, modernized, and our hosts thought of literally everything we could need in a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house! Close to downtown!

This house was a beautiful find. Modern farmhouse space with PLENTY of room for the four of us. Beautiful kitchen where we spent most of our time catching up, eating and planning our time there. Huge perk of 3 bathrooms, nice sized living room, 3 queen beds, front and back porch. All amenities you would need. Hosts were extremely attentive. Very enjoyable stay!

Sierra St Visit

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We visited Hannibal for a family reunion and stayed a week. We did a lot of cooking and they had everything we needed. The house is well stocked the attention to detail is amazing. We will definitely consider this location for upcoming visits.
