Loved the house. MANY PROBLEMS!
Loved the house and location. There were many problems. Checkin was delayed due to not being ready. Was told by the property manager before we checked in that a plumber was coming on Monday to fix a leak in master bathroom, he never showed, and when we used the shower, water came from toilet and flooded the bathroom floor, twice. My husband cleaned it up and temporarily fixed the problem. He also cleaned the hot tub, had to search entire house for WiFi code that was not there, called manager who in turn called Spectrum to get it. On Friday, the water was turned off at noon due to non payment. This was completely unacceptable. My husband and I were on the phone with Pinellas County Public utilities , property manager, and VRBO that took forever. The bill did get paid and water turned back on that day thank goodness!!!
