Emplacement idéal avec l'avantage des pistes de ski et des restaurants et pubs à votre porte.

La propriété est parfaitement équipée pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes grâce à un lit double dans une chambre séparée , un coin montagne très cosy avec lits superposés, et un canapé-lit dans le salon.
L'appartement fait 40 m2. En entrant, vous trouverez un couloir spacieux avec de la place pour accrocher vos bottes et vestes après une longue journée de ski. À côté du couloir se trouve la chambre principale, des toilettes séparées et une salle de douche moderne avec une grande cabine de douche.
Au bout du couloir, l'appartement s'ouvre sur une grande et spacieuse cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée pouvant accueillir 6 personnes , et un salon très chaleureux . le tout avec une vue exceptionnel sur le grand bec et son sommet enneigé que vous pourrez admirer au couché de soleil .
Le canapé du salon se déplie également en un confortable canapé-lit double.

Depuis le salon, une porte fenêtres ouvre sur une spacieuse terrasse très bien exposée qui surplombe la piste de La Tania.
La propriété est équipée d'une télévision, d'une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle comprenant un four, une plaque de cuisson, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, des ustensiles, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café filtre, un lave-linge et du chauffage central partout.

A l'extérieur de la propriété vous trouverez le bureau ESF à deux pas de l'appartement permettant de suivre très facilement des cours de ski avec vos enfants. La Tania propose également une large gamme de restaurants, de magasins de location de skis et d'autres commodités, dont une crèche.
L appartement dispose d un parking couvert que vous rejoignez en 2 minutes en voiture après avoir déposé vos bagages a l appartement .

La vallée de Courchevel dispose d'une navette gratuite reliant tous les villages de courchevel : le praz , 1550,1650, 1850 et circule régulièrement tout au long de la saison .

Le linge de lit est fourni .
Une conciergerie se charge de votre accueil et du ménage en fin de séjour et reste disponible si besoin .
Veuillez noter que nous n'autorisons pas les animaux domestiques ni le tabac dans l'enceinte de l'appartement.

Another wonderful vacation in La Tania

This was our second stay in this apartment, it’s a well equipped, comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. With secure parking in an underground car park, ski in and out just down from the locker room.

Fantastic Apartment

We stayed in the apartment for the first week of 2023, we had the privilege of being the first guests. The apartment has been designed really well with lots of space for a family of 4 for a week. The apartment is well equipped, clean and really comfortable. the balcony has a great view over the main piste into the village. It is possible to ski to and from the apartment building or is a short walk down the hill to the main gondola and resort centre. We will definitely be using the apartment again in the future.

Lovely apartment close to amenities

The apartment is not huge, but it has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay/holiday. It's clean and has been recently refurbished. Myself and the family loved it, the kids loved the bunk beds. Communication with Eric, the owner, was good and he responded to messages and phone calls quickly leading up to the holiday and when we arrived. Location wise it's great, close to the shops, bars and restaurants, though there are a few steps up to the apartment from the village centre. The ski locker in the basement was more than big enough to house everything for a family of four skiers and boarders. The use of the underground parking is useful, so the car is secure and out of the weather. All in all, I would recommend the apartment to others.

Une semaine parfaite au ski en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement au ski ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par son charme, son confort et son ambiance chaleureuse. L’appartement (ou chalet) était impeccablement propre, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, offrant une atmosphère cosy idéale après une journée sur les pistes avec les enfants. L’emplacement était tout simplement idéal : à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques, près de L’ESF et la crèche le tout avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Rien de tel que de pouvoir chausser ses skis presque à la porte ! De plus, les hôtes ( Dominique & Éric) ont été d’une grande gentillesse et très attentifs à notre bien-être, rendant notre séjour à encore plus agréable.Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et espérons déjà y revenir lors de notre prochaine escapade à la montagne !

Très confortable et excellente situation

L'appartement est très bien aménagé (beaucoup de rangements, bien équipé, jolie déco), il est parfaitement situé (départ/retour skis aux pieds), la vue est magnifique... le tout dans un environnement fabuleux!
