The unit comes updated with all of the modern amenities and invites you to unwind into vacation mode as you look out at the beach from the balcony or sunroom. The living room offers plenty of comfy seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a sofa and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV so you can stay up-to-date on your favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and easy access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination, and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds perfect for the kids. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the main living area as well.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more; the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.


As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
