Beautiful recent residence, full view of the port, ideally located, in the heart of the pretty picturesque port of St Mandrier, all on foot, beaches, shops, restaurants, immediate departure for sea connection Toulon, Porquerolles.Residence with boulodrome and standards for people with reduced mobility.Large terrace of 20 m2 with water point (water hose), facing the port, apartment of 52 m2, 5 beds. Open room on the terrace, large living room also open to the terrace. Mezzanine room (bottom) (slipper staircase).Kitchen equipped.Bathroom and separate toilet.Private garage.Bedding: -Double bed in 160 cm (bedroom 1) -2 single bed sofas in 90 cm with possibility to assemble them into a double bed (mezzanine) -Convertible sofa in 160 cm (stay)Equipment:-Air conditioning, internet, flat screen TV, washing machine, -4 ceramic glass hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, - Garden furniture, deckchairs, - Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board-Closed garageWe accept holiday vouchers (depending on booking platform).Linen, towels and end of stay cleaning are not included, you can choose to include these services at the prices of: - limited use sheets for a bed in 90 : 10 €- Sheets limited use for a bed in 140 : 20 €- Household end of stay : 60 €- Animal package : 25 € / animalNon-smoking accommodation."Our arrivals (in July and August only) will take place from Sunday to Sunday... less plugs, no trucks."
