It's minutes from downtown and the Gallo Center. It's 3 blocks from Doctors Medical Center and a 7 minute drive to Memorial Hospital. 15 mins from Turlock and about 30 from Tracy/Stockton. The home is walking distance to many of Modesto's finest restaurants and a local organic grocery store, Starbucks, and boutique shops. The space is equipped with central heat and air, blazing fast WIFI download capabilities, 70 inch smart tv for all your viewing needs. New washer and dryer (we supply soaps and fabric softener.) 24 hour check in is available via lock box, You'll have full access to all amenities in the home, as it's all for your pleasure. Check out is at 11am.
