Great stay!

I would actually rate it as very good!! The unit met and satisfied our needs very well. For a single bedroom unit it was very comfortable and roomy for the two of us. The location in Sea Wooda provided more than adequate opportunity for many amenities. The unit was adequately furnished and pleasantly equipped including washer and dryer and wifi. We enjoyed our time there. I would recommend this unit and would stay there again if the opportunity should arise.

Trip to meet our first grandchild

The condo was just what we needed and was very comfortable. Location was great. Check in wasn’t great but only because inside the check in packet there was no address or directions. Just two numbered keys, pool rules, and restaurant info. We arrived late (like 9 PM) We we’re exhausted and it was dark and rainy. Took 45 minutes to locate the unit. We were very grateful to thegentleman walking his dog late. The following morning in small print and on the outside of the envelope, and covered with a yellow sticky note was the address. We would have found it in minutes. I bare some responsibility for missing that, but it would have saved so much time and angst to have that inside the check in package. Oh well, as they say “ my bad”

Nice snowbird property.

Property is well stocked with most everything you might need. During my stay, the a/c went out but replaced the same day. The property manager was responsive. There was confusion with building # when I checked in but after a couple of phone calls,I arrived. The neighbors (permanents) were all friendly.
