Don't miss your chance to book this beautiful two bedroom/two-bathroom unit at Win San. This Ocean front complex is located less than a block from New Smyrna's popular Flagler Avenue. You could not have picked a more perfect location! No other condo is closer to Flagler boasting more than 100 unique shops, captivating galleries, fine restaurants and fun pubs are anchored.
A-213 is located on the 2nd floor and is 2 story unit with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a king size bed in the master, two twins in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room; offering plenty of sleep space for everyone! 2 full baths and a fully equipped kitchen are also included, you will find everything you need! Eat in or walk down Flagler Ave and enjoy some of New Smyrna's excellent restaurants.

A213 at Win San is a true home away from home!

We have stayed in many condos over the years but A-213 was one of the nicest, most well appointed we've had the pleasure of staying in! All the stuff you expect plus more! Very comfortable beds and pillows! Lots of personal touches! Even a Food Saver so my hubby could seal and freeze his prize winning deep sea fishing catch! We would certainly lease this unit again and highly recommend it!

Amazing Stay

My parents started going to win San in the early 80's. I always had the greatest memories here! After I graduated and went my own way we stopped going. I'm just so happy I got to bring my own son and make more memories. We will definitely be back. A 213 had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. If I had to say anything wasn't perfect I'd say the upstairs shower needed water pressure. Truly my only complaint!

Win San is Great!

Win San is a great place to stay! Our unit was clean, had more than enough towels to use, lots of bedding/pillows, and a kitchen with anything I could think of to use. The laundry facility was clean and affordable. The pool was clean and there were a good amount of chairs available. I would definitely recommend Win San to anyone!

Nice. Very close to Flagler the hot spot of NSB.

Very nice place. Bathrooms are a little small tub in one needs to be cleaned. Also bed linens had hair on them. You need to carry keys all the time. Finally found laundry room but of the 3 keys I had non fit laundry room. I didn’t want to go back and look for it. Keys should be identified.

Nice location and nice home for the week

The property was super nice and super clean. Loved the view. We planed a trip on the fly, and the management was super easy to work with. 10/10 thumbs up!
