Wow! We were so fortunate to discover Katt's Kottages, Bimini and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. The second floor accommodation is spotless and provides guests with a memorable experience. From Katt and Matt's initial warm welcome, to the comfort of the apartment, to the memories made with local residents, to the sad (but sweet) departure - we highly recommend Katt's Kottages to Bimini visitors. Oh, how we look forward to a future return!

Excellent clean cottage with ocean view

The place was clean, we didnt want to walk on the floors it was so clean. the 2nd level cottage we stayed in was great. Highly reccomend staying here if you are after more of a cultural atmosphere. Katt and Matt were very helpful and prompt anytime we had a question. They also have a golf cart and UTV that you can possibly rent. We Really enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing Hosts and Location

Matt & Katt are the most amazing hosts. Their attention to everything you need to enjoy the island is so spot on. There is everything you need to enjoy the beach right across the street. The kids loved everything about the location and amenities. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we go back!

Katt's Komfy and Kozy Kottage

Stayed here for a few days of shark diving with Neal Watson's Bimini Scuba. Great location. Short walk to Bimini Big Game and just steps away from a nice little beach. Our hosts Matt and Kathryn picked us up when we arrived. Such lovely folks. Warm, friendly, and helpful. Loved the accommodation. Couldn't have had a better time.

Bimini Getaway

Xmas family vacation

Katt & Matt made us feel apart of the family staying at their private beach house. From picking us up & dropping us off, to being so kind and giving us a homemade Xmas dinner. This is the place you need to stay going to Bimini. Steps away from a quiet beach. The place was clean and AC worked amazing. Skip going to the Hilton and book here!

Amazing place!

Katt & Matt are superstar hosts. Their place was incredible. They picked us up from the ferry and gave great recommendations on what to do. Ask Katt to set you up with Denver for a boat tour of the mangroves, baracuda fishing and lobster diving. Their place has a phenomenal view steps from a beautiful beach, right in town and supplied with everything you need for a beach day. I will be sure to come back as soon as I can.

Beautiful property overlooking the beach

We stayed for 3 nights. Probably is well furnished and equipped. Location is on the quieter part of the island and across the road from a lovely beach with crystal clear water. Matt and Katt were lovely hosts. Appreciated the pick and drop off service from the sea plane. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing stay!

This location was just the absolute perfect little getaway. We were right on radio Beach. We rented golf cart and rode around. The island went swimming every day and Krystal Clearwater. The host is such a sweet woman very helpful. We felt right at home. We think this is the perfect getaway for a couples and small families. We will definitely return

Relaxing or as busy as you want

You could hit the beach and just chill eveyday, also there is plenty to do if you want to stay busy. Katts Kottages is the perfect location with the perfect hosts!

Amazing authentic Bahama vacation

Great hosts! Very helpful with suggestions, recommendations, and giving advice/answering questions. They even take you to and from the airport/ferry. The cottage is extremely clean and updated. But our favorite part was sitting on the porch overlooking Radio Beach and watching fabulous sunsets every night. If you want to vacation and not be a tourist, this the place for you. I highly recommend a golf cart to cruise around the island. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at Matt & Katt’s property! It was very clean and we appreciated the drinking water that they provided. We loved hanging out on the balcony any time of day - morning coffee, lunch, evening cocktails, as there are almost no bugs and the ocean view is spectacular! On our last day, we bought a day pass to the Hilton as we could store our bags and use their pool until our evening ferry departure. We all agreed that we had made the right decision by renting from Matt & Katt instead of staying at one of the resorts! We took the Balearia ferry in from FL and brought some of our own food, which was helpful as the selection at the grocery stores is slim. We definitely plan to return to Bimini and to Matt & Katt’s!

The pictures don't do it justice

I'm always a little leery of some of these 5-star-across-the-board reviews for listings but Katt's Cottage exceeded expectations on every level. Katt & Matt were literally the nicest people I've ever met, detail-oriented and beyond helpful & engaging. The place was perfectly set up and very comfortable, which was a nice touch because we were there to dive with sharks and pretty nervous to begin with. The beach is across the street ("Queen's Highway"), and you can walk to the places along the other shoreline very easily. The golf cart was a nice touch too. The entire trip for us was a meaningful, unique experience and this place was a big part of it. We sincerely enjoyed every aspect of our stay with them. Thanks so much guys, when we come back we'll be bothering you again! Mike, Rick & Scott.

Beautiful views

The apartment is great, well kitted out and has aircon, ceiling fans, a nice balcony, and comfy furniture. The views of the sea are stunning! Matt and Katt were very nice, as were all of the people we came across. We mostly ended up eating at the Big Game Club and the food truck to the south of BGC. Some of the restaurants have closed down and others were confusing with no menus; the restaurants to the north were about 2km away and there isn't always a good path on the roadside, so would be better if you had transportation. We hope the government invests more into Bimini. During our visit, it was stormy for a few days, but you can't control Mother Nature! We had a lovely visit and recommend Katt Kottages.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

The condo was clean and updated. The location was AMAZING! The beach out front was perfect! Matt and Katt were so great about everything. The check-in process was simple, they helped with recommendations and tips around the island. We will definitely be back!

Matt and Katt are both Bahamian born and raised. They have both worked in the Tourism industry for their adult lives in one capacity or another. Matt has lived in Bimini all his life and Katt has lived here for the past 29 years.
