Welcome to Errol by the Sea 521!
Enjoy mesmerizing ocean views from this fifth-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, perfect for families or groups visiting New Smyrna Beach. The master bedroom features a king bed with private ensuite, while the guest room offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area and a full hallway bathroom allow the unit to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer make your stay convenient and stress-free.
This oceanfront condo is located on a serene “no-drive” section of the beach and offers access to two pools (one seasonally heated), two shuffleboard courts, lighted tennis courts, restrooms on the pool deck, and a communal clubhouse. A local favorite Mexican restaurant is within walking distance, and Flagler Avenue is just 4 miles away.

We love everything about the unit except there was no internet and no cable available until Tuesday of our weeklong stay. After many calls to Sentry and then Spectrum, it was finally restored.

This was our second stay in unit 521 and just like last summer we loved it this year too! The unit is very well stocked, it's clean, and it has an amazing view of the pool and ocean!

Way overpriced

Not updated , was left no garbage bags, detergent or dishwashing soap. Bath towels were hideous, master bedroom tv a joke .washer & dryer a bigger joke. Saw several roaches. For that kind of $$$ I expected a lot more ! Contacted the property manager & have still not heard back. My group rented 5 spots there this last week. Would like to talk to someone about a partial refund. Please
