Our 3 bedroom, NON SMOKING, spacious house is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy a Lake Geneva getaway. The house is a 1900’s Dutch colonial, with all the old-school charm a house from that era would offer. Location is ideal for walking to the beach, shops/restaurants, park/nature trail, public boat launch and walking trail around the lake. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per stay. Fully enclosed fenced in back yard. Pack and Play, highchair and baby gate available.

Three bedrooms located upstairs including a master with private bath, second full bathroom is located in the main floor along with the eat-in kitchen, living room, office/work area and dining area. Other features include:
- 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each – Plus full size trundle bed on 1st floor common area - Separated by movable curtains
- 2 full baths – 1 part of master bedroom other off the kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and coffee service
- Carpet on 2nd floor; Hardwood/engineered wood floors on main level
- Ample off-street parking
- Close proximity to gas station/convenience store (adjacent property to east)
- Outdoor space includes seating on front porch, deck off kitchen, gas grill and fire pit in yard
- Fenced in back yard
- Ultra fast wifi
- Towels and linens provided
- Smart TV’s – Living room and 2 bedrooms
- Washer and dryer available for use
- Access via key code that is activated just prior check-in time and deactivated shortly after end of reservation
- Access to entire property except basement

Great House!

This was the perfect house for our needs. Close to town, beach and range to drive to both Lake Geneva and Fontana. Will be looking forward to staying here again.

Overall a Wonderful Stay

Starting with the pros: great location to the shops, lake and beach. Beautifully remodeled first floor with an amazing kitchen and nice bathroom downstairs. Plenty of room for many people.Cons: only one second floor bathroom that is accessible through one of the three bedrooms. Any others staying in the other two bedrooms would likely use downstairs bathroom accessible from a tenuous staircase. Not enough dressers in two of the upstairs bedrooms. Only other con is the outdoor deck that needs to be redone. Stairs are dangerous,and railing is not secure.Overall, the family did have a wonderful week. Certainly could have been better with some changes to the layout of the house.

Great getaway

What a great place to get away. Near the beach and the path, walking distance to coffee, ice cream and great meals. We had room to spread out and room to be together with all the amenities we needed!

Awesome place to stay! Great owners! The place is a great location for Pier 290, Gage Marine and close to Lake Geneva. There is also a new coffe shop/bar/grocery store walking distance.

This VRBO property ended up being better than anticipated!! Very spacious house, which was perfect for our friend’s wedding party to stay at. We fit 8 guests comfortably. Also, there was great parking available too! Every couple was able to bring their own vehicle, which either fit nicely in the long driveway or on the street! Thanks again for having us & I would book again!

Girls Trip

Went there for a short weekend with 5 Ladies total. Arrived on Friday to a house that was 43 degrees; stayed like that until Saturday morning around 9:15 when HVAC showed up. Did continuously communicate with the owner however, I would've liked to see them reaching out to check on us rather than me doing constant follow-ups regarding said heat issue. Was given a small refund for this issue. House is very nicly decorated & furnished, but there were a few "icks" that should've been caught by the cleaning crew (note to Owner, may want to do a more thorough check w/them prior to bookings) - nothing major. Location is good; only a couple (walking) blocks to a cool bar that we visited. Few updates needed, specifically the stair carpet which is coming up (definite trip hazard), but overall very nice & fine for a quick trip with a handful of folks.

Short trip to area

We needed a two night stay to attend a family outing near by. This worked perfectly, we brought our dog on his first short trip and everything was so easy. The main floor plan is spacious with laminate flooring which was very nice. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. The home is situated near a gas station which creates some noice, but after the first night I didn’t notice it. Mike the host is great, responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Quick Getaway

My family and I went for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. The location was perfect for us to have easy access to downtown Lake Geneva. The price was right. And we really like the Calamari Cafe down the street.

we really enjoyed ourselves, house is right next to in town in quiet area (only slight negative is gas station next door but that wasn't a problem as it turned out). Spacious, clean, all good. would stay again.

Great stay

Convenient location to Williams bay . Walkable to green grocer , pier 290 , the lake … next to mobile station which is good for drinks / snacks . Only thing that isn’t perfect about the house is there is only one bathroom connected to the main bedroom upstairs so other two rooms use downstairs bathroom . Easy check in and out with keypad lock on door . Great little family reunion spot . Will use again .

Family Time

We had a great time at Williams Bay. We brought our boat. Public boat launch is close but the parking at the ramp filled up quickly. It was convenient to be able to park the trailer at the house. House was clean. Large kitchen great for cooking an socializing. Fenced in yard was nice for our dog. 2 bathrooms were great too!

Wedding Bliss

In short, this property was perfect for our family to stay at for our daughter’s wedding at Geneva National minutes away. The venue did not have a bridal dressing room for us on day of and we were able dress, hair and make up at this property for the whole bridal party! It was walking distance to a lot of places also! Would highly recommend this property!
