A small corridor leads to a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and WC, a first bedroom with bunk beds (3 single beds), storage space and window onto the rear terrace, a second bedroom with double bed (140x190), large wardrobe and access to the rear terrace, with hanging wire and stone barbecue.
The front terrace has a table in the shade of a plane tree, and a very practical water supply for rinsing your feet when returning from the beach, which is only 150m away!

With its 8 kilometres of fine sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. It is part of the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, and every day of the year, this small village hosts a delightful, typical southern market on the seafront. Not far from there, in the Clape massif, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional Oeil doux chasm offers a delightful spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
