Welcome to Cottage 3, a relaxing waterfront studio retreat located inside the gated Northpointe Shores Marina on Lake St. Clair, just 2 miles east of downtown New Baltimore. This well-maintained property offers a comfortable stay with unbeatable access to the water.

This fully furnished studio cottage features a queen bed and a convenient wet bar equipped with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for easy, comfortable living. Enjoy beautiful water views right from your space throughout your stay.

Step out onto your private deck and take in stunning sunrises and sunsets over Lake St. Clair—ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the water.

Cottage 3 is perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. With direct access to Lake St. Clair, guests can use the onsite boat ramp for easy launching, along with boat parking options both in the water and on land, complete with access to power and water.

Known for its excellent fishing, Lake St. Clair offers opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, walleye, perch, and muskie just minutes from your dock.

The marina is gated, clean, and well maintained, providing a secure and peaceful environment throughout your stay.

Great weekend getaway

Great property and room. We brought our boat with us and it was so easy with the ramp and marina right in the property. Also very secure with the gated entrance.

Just what I was looking for.

I’m considering moving to the Fairhaven area. So, I wanted to experience the neighborhood and the lake. The cottage gave me the opportunity to do that. It was just what I was looking for.

A Gem on the Water

This brand new facility surprises at every turn. New gates, spacious parking lot for cars and plenty of car/boat trailer spots as well. Well-groomed launch ramp, cute marina with breakwall, all nicely done. The rooms are few but nice, with a private deck. Again, surprises at every turn for such an out of the way location!

Clean and convenient

This is a great set up for a weekend of fishing. Having the boat secure in a gated marina with access to power and the option of using a wet well is nice. The ramp is convenient and not crowded, giving me ample time to practice backing in the trailer for my husband. Room was super clean and felt brand new. The view is great from cottage 3 and has a nice little private patio with a picnic table. We would recommend it to any one. I would bring your own pillow and you need your own shampoo and conditioner. We left a wine cork screw in the drawer.

Thank you for your amazing words and notes on the pillows we just placed new ones in all three cottages per your suggestion! I believe the best feature of the cottages is having the onsite boat ramp because it is never busy and you can keep your boat in the water or on land with power.

We stay at VRBO’s often. This cottage was much better in person than we expected from the pics and description. Appeared to be fairly new or recently updated. Modern and CLEAN with cottage charm. Great location with beautiful waterfront views.

Great location especially for smallmouth fishermen. Just a couple minutes to Anchor Bay.

Very clean, cottage 3 needs a new mattress. Not very comfortable. I would stay here again. Thanks

Perfect spot on the lake!

This is the perfect spot for one or people who want to spend time on Lake St. Clair. The lake is literally steps from your front door! We were able to dock our boat right out front through the marina and spend the majority of time fishing. New Baltimore is very close with Kroger, CVS, and several restaurants that do carry out. We were also able to easily use the kitchenette area to prepare breakfast and lunch. This studio is immaculately clean and newly decorated. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable to us. We will most definitely come back! The perfect spot on Lake St. Clair!!

Northpointe Marina and Cottages are a great fit for all travelers looking to get out on the lake during the summer months. The Cottages offer beautiful views of the sunrise over lake St. Clair every morning. The cottages are all brand new construction and absolutely beautiful.
The Cottages are the perfect location for all fishermen as its located within a marina with a boat ramp on site. The marina offers boat wells in the water as well as on land depending on your personal preference.

There are no other properties on lake St. Clair that offer an onsite boat ramp along with a place to store your boat in the water or on the trailer. Each of these spaces has full water and an electric hook up for your boat either on land or in the water. The setting at the cottage is amazing being that it is located within the gated access, Northpointe Marina. Each cottage has its own personal deck with a barbeque and brand-new patio furniture. All cottage decks are directly facing Lake St. Clair for a beautiful waterfront view at all times of the day.
Another amazing benefit of staying at the cottages is the gated access and 24-hour surveillance of the property.
