Spacious and well appointed, the house is 140 square meters with a main house of 90m2 with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and dining room and an outbuilding of 50m2 with two bedrooms and a bathroom, has a garden, can accommodate seven people and is perfect for a family vacation!

It has four bedrooms with two double beds and three single beds; two bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in after a day of walking. The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Fully equipped kitchen, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Barbecue, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet area, close to the sea and the city center! It has a parking space for several cars and can accommodate a trailer with boat. All amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops...

For your daily shopping, a supermarket "ALDI" is at 15 minutes walk. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover : the Plage Lumière at 5 min by car, the Plage Capucins at 7 min, the Parc du Mugel at 17 min, the Musée ciotaden at 11 min, and many others... You are welcome !

## Emplacement
La Ciotat is located in the middle of a large gulf, named Gulf of Love, 33 km from Marseille and 40 km from Toulon.

It is in the heart of the Parc des Calanques. Its two creeks, Le Mugel and Figuerolles, are different from those of Cassis by their red color with typical shapes (eagle's beak, dog's head).

Every year, La Ciotat celebrates the memory of the plague of 1720, when it became the breadbasket of Provence because it was the only maritime city spared by the plague: a historical festival where the whole city transforms itself and dresses up as it did in those days.

In March, the great regional boat show takes place in the waters of the port.
