Cozy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home set in a community mere steps to the shuttle to Loon Mountain (1 mile away) and Pemi river for tubing and swimming with 2 seasonal pools. During the winter months you'll love the view of the South Mountain ski slopes and in the summer the very large deck with grill is an ideal place to listen to the nearby river. Cathedral ceilings in living room with floor to ceiling windows offer open concept with 65” flat screen, large dining table for 10, and additional bar seating. NEW FLOORS, APPLIANCES & BEDDING!

All essentials are provided with access to countless amenities and area attractions! Drop your suitcase and relax or hit the town. The house is suitable for 2-3 families with up to 6-8 children!

Plenty of space for all ages!!!

Highly recommend this 4br townhouse! Plenty of room for everyone, kids and adults alike. The kids loving having their own living/sleeping space. There is plenty of room to relax in the main living space with a great fireplace. And having TWO master bedrooms is an option you seldom get, perfect for two families. Super clean and too many amenities to use, a great problem to have. We'll be back!

Beautiful townhouse in a great location!

We had a fabulous week and Alicia was terrific. The home was perfect for our group of 9. The decor is so pretty, there was plenty of room, the couch fit everyone for movie nights and the kitchen table was perfect for meals and game nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ACs worked perfectly and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the downstairs bunk room and extra space. We loved walking to the pool and river and driving over to Loon to use their amenities. The location is close to anything you may need. It was quiet and comfortable and very clean! Great home with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Quiet time in the mountains

Enjoyed heading up to the white mountains and staying at this property. Very clean and well Maintained. Close to the center of Lincoln NH, plenty to see and do. Will stay here again!

Great Time!

We had a blast staying at Alicia’s and Matt’s property for three days and two nights. It was big and spacious for the 13 of us. They had ac units set up in all of the common areas so we were grateful for that.
