After a fun day of winter sports or a river expedition, come home and unwind with three floors of living space. The condo's classic cabin style creates a homey atmosphere. Sink into the living area's giant sectional and watch a movie with your group or while sipping on your cocoa .. When hunger strikes, the full kitchen is well equipped to meet your culinary needs with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. There are two breakfast bars perfect for snacks and light meals or a six-seater table in the spacious dining area. Bring your plate to the picnic tables behind the building for an alfresco meal when the weather is sunny.

To truly slip into vacation mode, take a relaxing soak in the primary suite's jetted tub or head across the street to the shared hot tub, where you'll also find the heated indoor pool and game room.

Amazing Stay Once Again!

This was my second time visiting and it was just as good as the first. I have no complaints and am glad I was able to stay here again. Will definitely be back to enjoy the spacious cabin with all the amenities needed for a nice trip!

A nice home with a great location!

This was everything I was expecting when I booked it. This was a first family vacation and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. Lincoln has a lot to offer especially if you're into hiking and outdoor adventures.

Great location, not well maintained

Pros- great location, lots of room for 7 people, pool accessCons- it is an older unit with lots of maintenance issues which I reported to the property manager so hopefully will be addressed.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Riverview condo. The condo was well equipped, and had all of our checkboxes checked. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and on the river. I would highly recommend staying here and will possibly go back in the future.

Can't beat the location - walk to South Peak!

Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!

Weekend Getaway

House was just as pictured. Very clean, had everything we needed for a weekend away. It was so relaxing sitting outside listening to the river. Would definitely recommend staying here. Such a lovely home

Beautiful home and view

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this gorgeous, spacious home. The finishing touch was that it was right on the river and the view was absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend!!

Optimum location!

Great location- loved the views. Could watch the skiers while sipping coffee in the morning. Layout was perfect with enough privacy for each family. Overall, very happy and will definitely return

Family friendly

Loved the layout. Stone floor not ideal for my 10.5 month old but worked. Loved how they had pack and plays, was handy. Overall good stay minus the pool access issue.

BEWARE

Location, however would NEVER rent again, from packing tape holding a/c in place, to garbage disposal not working and smelling awful to wasting a full day waiting for call backs from Vacasa, and property manager….lesson learned

Great Location for Skiing at Loon

The property was situated in a great location for access to Loon mountain. There was plenty of space for our family to engage with each other and to have their own space. The unit was stocked well but it could use a kitchen spatula and a refresh of some of the baking sheets that were past their prime). Information regarding parking options was confusing and location of trash disposal would be helpful.

Could be perfection with a few minor updates!

Townhouse was in the perfect location. Great space on all 3 floors. About 30 steps to the river! Could be a real gem if a few things were updated. Screens work almost no where in the house including the only door to access the back yard. Bathrooms need a bit of a facelift. They are trying to grow grass (in august during a drought) and we were asked not to walk through the back yard, which is the only way to access the river…..
