Highly appreciated for its lush green setting and private, heated pool—offering a quiet, secluded atmosphere where swimming and lounging are the order of the day.

It is also very close to all amenities (shops and exceptional beaches) and is prized for its convenience and tasteful décor (the entire property is single-level).

Location
Highly sought-after and ideally situated between the beach and the town center.
The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac,
an 800m walk from Marina di Fiori beach and 2km from Porto Vecchio town center and the port.

Special features:
- Landscaped garden with a private, heated pool (plus fruit to pick—figs, grapes, lemons—depending on the season).

Interior: Spacious layout with an open-plan living area leading onto two large terraces: one semi-covered (perfect for outdoor dining) and the other for poolside lounging.

Within walking distance:
The marina and its beach, plus the Omea Beach restaurant, which features live music every Wednesday.

- A 3-minute drive to a large supermarket with numerous EV charging stations; also very convenient is the free electric shuttle bus that runs year-round, connecting the town center, the port, the "4 Chemins" area, and all parking lots.

- A 15-minute drive to Cala Rossa beach—uncrowded, with free parking and a good restaurant.

- Within walking distance: Omea Beach restaurant (highly recommended, with live music every Wednesday).

Tolles großes Haus mit Pool im schönen Garten

Wir haben die 14 Tage in der Villa Fiori sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Pool (mit Abdeckung) ist toll und wurde auch zwischendurch gepflegt. Bequeme Liegen und Lounge-Ecke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zu den schönen Stränden muss man allerdings etwas fahren.
