Claire Villa consists of:
- 1 entry
- 1 living dining room with direct access to the terrace and with a view of the basin, equipped with a Tv and a usable fireplace
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living room composed of the following appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave
- 1 library room with a bench bed 1x80 or 1x160
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 80 cm that can be joined together
- 1 Bathroom with hand sink
on the 1st floor:
- 1 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies
- 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds and a baby cot
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and 1 sink
- 1 Independent bathroom
on the 2nd floor:
The Master suite room of 30 m2 consisting of a 160 cm bed, a shower, a washbasin, storage, a 10 m2 terrace with a view of the basin.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned
outside:
- 1 large wooden terrace with dining table, lounge area, electric awning
- 1 gas Weber barbecue
- The 2.5x4 m pool, heated to 26°c (from 1st of may to 30th of september), with submerged rolling cover and salt treatment
On the back of the house you will have another covered terrace and a children's playhouse
- 1 large tree-filled garden, fully enclosed and secured with an automatic gate
- 1 petanque court between the house and the basin (daily living space where locals gather to play petanque, chat, have fun, enjoy the idyllic setting...)

Its privileged environment will allow you to enjoy the Basin beach at the foot of the villa, the Place de l'Étoile 300m away (a venue for summer events), the convenience store and bakery accessible on foot, and the city center accessible on foot or by bike thanks to the cycling path network.
A pool safety system compliant with current standards is at your disposal. It is up to you to use it according to your needs. You are therefore responsible for the use of this equipment throughout your entire stay.
In July and August, we welcome you every day except Saturday.
Animals are welcome but access to the sofa and beds is prohibited, and the accommodation must be cleared of hair and droppings before your departure.
It is forbidden to organize a party in this accommodation, the residence is quiet and must remain so.
Non-smoking accommodation
Deposit to be paid by bank card: you will receive an email in the week preceding your arrival. The deposit will not be debited.
Andernos les bains is a city of over 12,000 inhabitants that lives all year round, with 1 cinema, a covered public swimming pool, 1 skate park, 1 city stadium, several playgrounds for children, a climbing wall, a laser game... You can stroll along the pedestrian street to shop, eat an ice cream or a crepe, walk on the pier (the longest in France offering a unique panorama of the Basin, the Tchanquées cabins, the bird island...) or eat oysters in one of the multiple tastings at the port.
The natural site of Quinconces and will also liquidate to discover the fauna and flora of the Arcachon Basin and walk to Arès.
Without forgetting the Domaine de Certes (Audenge), the ornithological reserve of Teich, the Aqualand park (Gujan Mestas), the Ladybug Park and Kid Park (Gujan Mestras).
One hour south, you will not be able to come to the basin without visiting Arcachon and the winter city and then climbing the Dune du Pilat.
40 minutes to the north, you will visit the Cap Ferret Peninsula, its 10 villages, its oyster ports, the Cap Ferret lighthouse, the panoramic view from the Cap-Ferret point, the ice creams from Frédhélian, the Bélisaire jetty, the little train...
The vast network of bicycle paths in the Gironde will allow you to tour the basin by bike, connect to ocean beaches, Cap Ferret, or even Arcachon for the most motivated cyclists.
Maritime shuttles from Uba connect Andernos to Arcachon and Cap Ferret to Arcachon.
The Passe Marée also allows you to reach Arcachon by sea, even at low tide, and it also offers boat trips on the basin, departing from Andernos.
On the Basin side, you will find a multitude of small beaches between Arès and Andernos, but you will have to wait for high tide to swim, except at the Saint Brice Lake (Arès), a small water retention area in the basin, which allows swimming regardless of the tide.
With children, you will love the Betey beach (Andernos), where you can enjoy a children's playground directly on the beach, taste ice cream, crepes... in the small beach snack bar, have a picnic in the shade of pine trees and swim at high tide.
On the Atlantic Ocean side, the Grand Crohot beach is the ocean beach closest to Andernos (about 20 minutes by car), but you will find a multitude of beaches more or less crowded, more or less accessible, along the kilometers of coastline offered by the Atlantic Ocean.
In summer, Cap 33 offers a multitude of free sports activities accessible to everyone (see the online program).

Arès Market: every Tuesday morning
Andernos Market: every Friday morning outdoors and covered market (open depending on the season)
Lège Bourg Market: every Saturday morning.
Cap Ferret Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September, then on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the rest of the year
Piraillan Market: every morning from mid-June to mid-September
You can do your shopping in the supermarkets of Andernos: Intermarché, Netto, Carrefour City, Shopi or in Ares: Leclerc, Lidl.
In summer and winter, the basin is lively all year round thanks to local events:
The Oyster Festival of Arès on the weekend of August 15th
Cabins in celebration on the first Saturday of December
The Andernos Jazz Festival at the end of July
Finally, let's not forget Lacanau, Soulac-sur-Mer, Bordeaux, the vineyards of Médoc and its castles...
